Woman Indicted for Biting, Grazing Corrections Officer: Roundup
Plus, alleged Litchfield burglar indicted, Concord man indicted on numerous theft, forgery, and other charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Joseph Stapf, 25, of Burgess Drive in Litchfield, for felony burglary. On June 18, 2015, he allegedly burglarized a Pine Street home in Hooksett.

Deshon J. Stone-Davis, 21, a homeless man now located in Concord, for theft by unauthorized taking, six counts of theft by deception, six counts receiving stolen property, two counts of forgery, all felonies, and six counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. He allegedly uttered checks on the account of On Demand Plumbing in his own name in June 2016. He also allegedly used a credit card that was not his at Target, Speedway, Hannaford, Market Basket, and Shaw’s Supermarket. Stone-Davis was previously convicted in June and September 2015 of theft in Concord District Court.
Felicia Sweatt, 30, of Perley Street in Concord, currently incarcerated, on two counts of assault by a prisoner. On June 26, 2016, she allegedly bit swung her fist at a correctional officer.

Jason Tremblay, 29, of Lawndale Avenue in Franklin, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, with intent to distribute, and sale of a controlled drug-marijuana, both felonies, allegedly on July 19, and July 27, 2016, in Franklin.
Ronald Truell, 31, currently incarcerated, for solicitation to deliver articles to prisoners-crack cocaine, Buprenorphine, and conspiracy to deliver articles to prisoners-crack cocaine, Buprenorphine, allegedly on April 9, 2016, in Concord.
Jeffrey Tucci, 43, of Douglas Street in Manchester, for driving while deemed a habitual offender and disobeying an officer, allegedly on Pine Street on June 21, 2016, in Hooksett.
Thomas Valliere, 48, of Bristol, for two counts conspiracy to commit the crime of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, both felonies. On May 11, and May 18, 2016, allegedly in concert with Myranda Clifton, he supplied meth which she reportedly sold to an undercover officer on Fayette Street.
Sean Vandell, 32, of Bay Street in Laconia, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On Jan. 2, 2016, he allegedly stole items from the Hannaford in Franklin. Vandell was previously convicted in June 2014 in Franklin and January 2014 in Merrimack County Superior Court on theft charges.
Jonathan Vertigans, 32, of Laurel Street in Concord, for felony theft of lost or mislaid property. On May 14, 2016, he allegedly took another man’s driver’s license. Vertigans was previously convicted of theft in Hillsborough County Superior Court in June 2010 and Rockingham County Superior Court on June 2015.
