Man Indicted On Prostitution, Indecent Exposure, Computer Charges

Chester felon indicted on multiple gun charges, Seabrook man indicted on welfare fraud, alleged drug dealers from Maine, Mass. indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.

Lauren J. Nardella, 36, of Epping Street in Raymond, for felony possession of a controlled drug-heroin allegedly on June 15, 2017, in Salem.

Joseph Norko, 51, upper left, of Deer Avenue in St. Johnsbury Center, VT, for prostitution and related offenses, six counts of certain uses of computer services prohibited, four counts of indecent exposure and lewdness, and attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault. Between July and August 2017, he allegedly communicated with a police officer in Portsmouth posing as a mother selling her 12-year-old child for sex and fondling and sent pictures of himself naked to this person. On Aug. 4, the indictment alleged, Norko wired $200 to a Western Union account as a deposit for an alleged encounter with the child.

Darline Occil, 25, of Brookway Court in Waltham, MA, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine allegedly in concert with William Doura on Aug. 8, 2017, in Salem.

Melissa O’Neill, 36, of Washburn, ME, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine with intent to sell-principal/accomplice allegedly with James Clark and Morris Bragdon on Aug. 16, 2017, in Portsmouth.

Kellie B. Packard, 35, lower right, of Hayden Circle in Hampton, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Aug. 11, 2017, in Seabrook. According to the indictment, she has a previous conviction.

Julion Adamski Parker aka Julion Iden Lima, 25, upper middle, of Chester Street in Chester, on four felony counts of felon in possession of a dangerous weapon as well as unsworn falsification. On July 11, 2017, in Chester, he was allegedly in possession of a H&K 9 mm pistol, a 0.762 caliber M91/30 rifle, a 0.762 caliber Arsenal rifle, and a 12 gauge Akkar shotgun. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of larceny in Lowell District Court, impersonation of a U.S. Officer in Boston Federal Court, and receiving stolen property and forgery in Cleveland County OK Court.

Darlene A. Parkerson, 45, of Main Street in Haverhill, MA, for felony possession of controlled drug-amphetamine, felony theft, and felony attempted willful concealment; theft – due to two prior convictions – allegedly on Aug. 4, 2017, in Salem at Kmart and at Walmart in Plaistow in Oct. 10, 2017.

Nicholas Ramalho, 20, lower left, of South Willow Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized takingDyson products from the Target in Greenland – allegedly on Aug. 29, 2017.

German Rivera, 33, upper right, of Merrimack Street in Methuen, MA, for felony bail jumping on Nov. 15, 2017, in Brentwood, allegedly failing to appear for a scheduled pre-trial hearing on drug and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges.

Robert Rogers, 61, of Smalls Avenue in Seabrook, for felony welfare fraud. Between November 2015, and August 2016, he allegedly failed to disclose income his wife earned while gaining NH DHHS benefits.

Shawn Rooney, 39, of Riverside Drive in Newbury, MA, on four felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly in May and June 2017, in Portsmouth.
