7 Taken Into Custody After Seabrook Sobriety Checkpoint

New Hampshire state troopers, Hampton, and Seabrook police checked hundreds of vehicles last night on Route 1A.

The New Hampshire State Police along with officers from Hampton and Seabrook held a sobriety checkpoint on Sept. 4, 2015, on Route 1A and took seven into custody.

Christie Adams, 26, of Millbury, MA; Mark Olson, 27, of Salisbury, MA; and Paul Whalen, 54, of Salisbury, MA, were all charged with driving while intoxicated.

Gary Vrotsos, 32, of Woburn, MA, was charged with driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident.

Sheila Fortunato, 25, of Haverhill, MA, and Renee Goldsmith, 48, Fitchburg, MA, were both arrested for possession of a controlled drug.

Michael O’Brien, 32, of Arlington, MA, was taken into protective custody.
