Woman Fails To Pay Legal Fees: Rockingham Sheriffs
Salem, Manchester residents were arrested on court issues from previous drug charges while a Plaistow man fails to appear at theft charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.
Stacy A. Vaillancourt, 46, of Malvern Street in Manchester, was arrested on June 2, 2017, for delivery of articles prohibited.
Jessica L. Guerin, 28, a homeless woman now located in Salem, was arrested on June 2, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear-disp. on an original charge of burglary and on a judge’s order to arrest for accomplice to burglary.

Howard W. Wheeler Jr., 30, of Brock Street in Manchester, was arrested on May 31, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of heroin possession.

Eric J. Porter Jr., 29, of Coal Bank Road in Sharon Grove, KY, was arrested on May 30, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court on an original charge of theft and an electronic bench warrant for reckless operation out of Brentwood District Court.

Ryan P. Mahoney, 25, of Pollard Road in Plaistow, was arrested on May 23, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court on a theft charge.
Mark A. Smith, 35, of Cluff Crossing Road in Salem, was arrested on May 22, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of possession of fentanyl.
