Man Indicted for 2013 Bank Robbery in Merrimack

Plus, Hudson man faces numerous felony stalking, habitual offender, and simple assault charges.

The Hillsborough County Superior Court indicted the following individuals recently:

Arthur Doiron, 37, of Library Street in Hudson, for felony second-degree assault, five counts of felony stalking, two counts of felony habitual offender, felony duty to inform, and felony reckless conduct, as well as six counts of simple assault, criminal threatening, resisting arrest, and obstructing report of a crime. The indictments are based on charges from Dec. 25, 2014, in Hudson, for allegedly choking a woman he was intimate with as well as a male party, too. On Jan. 4, 2015, he was arrested and allegedly smashed the woman’s telephone and refused to stop for police. On Jan. 6, he was allegedly stopped while driving in Hudson, allegedly at speeds approaching 90 mph. Doiron was convicted of stalking in August 2010 and habitual offender in August 2014. As a Tier 3 sex offender, he allegedly failed to provide written notification when he moved.

Timothy Flattery, 28, of Lowell Street in Manchester, for felony habitual offender and disobeying an officer after a traffic stop on April 13, 2015, in Merrimack. He allegedly gave a false name to a state trooper.

Mark Foster, 23, of Derryfield Road in Derry, on two felony counts theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 30, 2014, in Nashua at the Shaw’s Supermarket for allegedly stealing shrimp and baby formula. He was convicted of theft twice before in Rockingham County Superior Court in 2014.

Alejandro Gomez-Ayala, 33, of Longfellow Drive in Tyngsboro, MA, for felon in possession of a weapon, a felony, and driving under the influence. He allegedly had a revolver in his car after being stopped in Hudson on Dec. 3, 2014. He was convicted of felony assault and batter with a dangerous weapon in March 2012 in Middlesex County Superior Court.

Noah Fournier, 32, of Carpenter Street in Manchester, for felony theft by deception for allegedly attempting to deprive Target in Nashua of about $108 worth of goods by returning stolen goods. He was convicted of theft in August 2014 in Merrimack County Superior Court and September 2013 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Jeremy Garcia, 25, of Pasadena Avenue in Nashua, for felony attempted burglary and felony possession of a narcotic drug. On April 12, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly tried to break into a home on Atwood Court by prying a screen open. When arrested, he was allegedly in possession of clonazepam.

Rita Gaulin, 44, of Willow Street in Manchester, for three counts of sale of a narcotic drug (heroin) and two counts of possession of narcotic drug (heroin). On Feb. 24, 2015, in Nashua, she was allegedly in possession of the drug. On Dec. 3, 2014, Jan. 14, 2015, and Feb. 18, 2015, she allegedly sold the drug in Hudson to an informant working with the Nashua Police Department.

John Robert Griffin, 54, of County Farm Road in Ossipee, for armed robbery and robbery, both felonies, on Sept. 11, 2013, in Merrimack, for allegedly robbing a bank teller on Daniel Webster Highway while armed with a gun.

Holly Groulx, 25, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking after allegedly taking clothing from Walmart in Hudson on Jan. 9, 2015. She was previously convicted of theft in August 2013 in Franklin District Court and Hillsborough Superior Court in November 2012.

Kyle Haggerty, 21, of Cobblestone Place in Merrimack, for felony possession of a controlled drug with intent to dispense. On March 11, 2015, he allegedly had more than an ounce of marijuana in Merrimack.

Nicole Janowicz, 22, of Framingham, MA, for felony forgery. It’s alleged that on Jan. 28, 2014, while in Nashua, she allegedly tried to defraud two people out of $240.

Jeffrey Joy, 32, of Pine Street in Manchester, for two felony counts of duty to inform. He allegedly failed to register as a sex offender in Nashua between November 2014 and January 2015.

Travis Laponsee, 31, of Salvail Court in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking and two counts of resisting arrest or detention. On March 9, 2015, he allegedly attempted to steal five Coach handbags valued at more than $1,500 from the Coach Store in Nashua.

Amanda Loiselle, 27, of Suffolk Court in Bedford, for felony possession of a controlled drug (heroin). On Sept. 11, 2014, in Merrimack, she was allegedly in possession of the drug.
