Nashua Man Indicted For Alleged Involvement In Brutal Beating Incident
Milford man indicted for alleged drug dealing, man indicted after burglary in Merrimack, woman indicted for using her Benz as a weapon.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Kiana Moudarri, 21, lower left, of Loring Drive in Framingham, MA, on two felony counts of reckless conduct-deadly weapon as well as endangering the welfare of a child, disobeying a police officer, and resisting arrest or detention. On Feb. 8, 2017, in Nashua, she allegedly turned her Mercedes in the direction of a police officer and engaged in a high-speed pursuit with a child in the vehicle, according to the indictment.
John Norris, 46, of Middle Street in Nashua, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on Main Street in Nashua on Aug. 23, 2017.

Nicole Coutu aka Nicole Oliveras, 26, of Dale Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and cocaine mix allegedly on May 9, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in September 2015.
Kevin Paquette, 31, of Cottage Street in Milford, for felony sale of a controlled drug-THC allegedly on May 29, 2017, in Nashua.
Michael Pavlas, 25, lower middle, of Linjay Circle in Nashua, for first-degree assault and second-degree assault, both felonies. On Nov. 17, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly “repeatedly struck” a man in the head and torso causing fractures to his eye, nose, jaw, and ribs.
Steven Potter, 28, upper right, of River Road in Nashua, for felony burglary allegedly on May 4, 2017, in Merrimack.
Kenneth Psomos, 49, upper middle, of Pulaski Street in Beverly, MA, for felony theft by deception for allegedly pretending to be a representative of a funeral home and obtaining $2,100 from the victim on Nov. 3, 2015, in Nashua.
Robert Redman, 25, upper left, of Lock Street in Nashua, for burglary, two counts of possession of a controlled drug-Alprazolam, fentanyl, and felon in possession of a deadly weapon-knife, all felonies, allegedly on June 30, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession in January in 2017, in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
