NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Charles Brant, 45, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge from Jan. 27 in Nashua. He was also indicted on a felony resisting arrest or detention charge — accused of resisting an officer, which led to an officer sustaining a fractured wrist on April 2 in Nashua.

Ryan G. Bunker, 36, of Nye Avenue in Nashua, on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 101A in Merrimack on Oct. 9, 2024, after the NH DMV deemed him a habitual offender in February 2024.
Kenneth Callaway, 50, of Pine Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Feb. 9 in Nashua.
Dakota Carey, 33, of Whitney Street in Nashua, on a felony reckless conduct-domestic violence-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of placing an intimate partner in danger by reaching into her vehicle, while it was in motion, and grabbing the steering wheel.
Vanessa Cole, 44, of Main Street in Nashua, on a possession of fentanyl charge on July 27, 205, in Hudson.

Perette Cook, 54, of Woodcrest Drive in Hudson, on burglary, domestic violence, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-amphetamine, and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-oxycodone charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a building in Hudson, striking her former spouse with a birch log, and possessing the drugs. Cook was previously convicted of control premises where drugs kept in July 2020 in Hills South.
Frederick Dehner, 52, of Dickens Street in Nashua, on a felony count of criminal threatening. He was accused of placing two others in danger by retrieving a sword and raising it over his shoulder in a parking lot in Nashua on April 27.
Michael Dewhurst, 50, of Riddle Street in Manchester, on a felony count of reckless conduct. He was accused of driving a 2021 Chevy Equinox on the Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack on Dec. 12, 2025, running red lights, nearly colliding with another vehicle, passing on the left, and driving over a median.
Dylan Direnzo, 22, of Vine Street in Milford, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a household member on March 24 in Milford.
Brittney Duchesneau, 32, of Stevens Avenue in Nashua, on a felony count of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl on Jan. 13 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession in December 2021 in Strafford County Superior Court.
