Man With Priors Arrested Twice In Less Than 2 Hours: Concord Cop Log
Concord residents arrested on drunken driving charges; criminal threat cases on Prospect Street and the Friendly Kitchen; warrant arrests.

CONCORD, NH — Sarah A. Chapman, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 1:51 a.m. on Sept. 12, 2023, on a driving under the influence charge and a defective equipment violation on Hutchinson Avenue.
Robert John Atwood, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 8 on a bench warrant after an incident on Birch Street.
Antwun S. Whitney, born 1987, of Welles, Vermont, was arrested at 8:14 a.m. on Sept. 7 on a warrant. He was arrested at the Valley Street Jail in Manchester.

Jonathan Scribner, 28, of Critchett Road in Candia or Park Street in Pittsfield was arrested at 7:32 a.m. on Sept. 5 on a felony receiving stolen property charge, due to two prior convictions after an incident at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 111 Fisherville Road. He was arrested again at 9:25 a.m. on felony count of possession of a controlled drug, two criminal mischief, and four receiving stolen property charges after an incident on Loudon Road at the Pembroke town line.
Jason John McGill, 41, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on a warrant at 9:03 a.m. on Sept. 4 as well as a felony possession of a controlled drug charge. Police were requested to the area of Rumford and Tremont streets for a report of a man sitting on the front steps of a home who appeared to be under the influence. The man was in his late-30s and was wearing a “Tupac” T-shirt and khaki shorts. An officer spoke with the man, McGill, and confirmed his identity due to prior police booking photos and tattoos on file. He had an active parole violation warrant from late July, the warrant was confirmed, and he was arrested. In his right pant pocket, McGill was accused of possessing a plastic baggie with about a finger of heroin-fentanyl. After it was weighed later, an affidavit said it was around 16 grams. McGill refused bail and was taken to county.

Dalton Kopp, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 3:13 a.m. on Sept. 3 on driving under the influence and driving after revocation or suspension charges after an incident on Otter Drive.
Rebekah M. Padua, born 1995, of Barnstead was arrested on a warrant at 7:10 p.m. on Aug. 31 after an incident at 136 Loudon Road.
Tommi Lynn Allen, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 11:35 a.m. on Aug. 22 on one count of registration of online identifiers and two counts of sex offender registration; failure to comply-knowingly-subsequent, all felonies. She was arrested police headquarters.
Alexzandor Morrill, unknown age, was arrested at 11:47 a.m. on Aug. 21 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Tremont Street.
Brittney S. Duchesneau, 29, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:39 p.m. on Aug. 16 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony, due to two prior convictions. At around 12:30 p.m. on July 23, police were sent to Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road for a past-tense theft. In the incident from July 18, a loss prevention employee learned of “several empty packages in the health and beauty section of the store.” He began to scan video footage and reportedly found a woman, caught on the video, stealing 17 items valued at around $147, a report said. The officer shared the screenshots of the suspect with other officers and one recognized the woman to be Duchesneau, an affidavit said. That officer, the report said, encountered her during a call for service at Rite Aid at Fort Eddy Road at around the same time as the Hannaford theft. She was wearing the same clothing, the officer noted. Duchesneau’s priors include a theft conviction in Strafford County Superior Court in March, a theft conviction in Rockingham County Superior Court in February, and a felony theft conviction in Rockingham County Superior Court in July 2019, the report said. A warrant was issued for her arrest on July 28.
Christopher M. Blodgett, born 1974, of Concord was arrested at 7:52 p.m. on Aug. 14 on criminal threatening-deadly weapon, criminal threatening, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.
