Laconia thief arrested on new theft charges; Litchfield woman arrested on stalking, breach charges; perp with priors faces mischief charge.

CONCORD, NH — Joshua Clay Joyce, born in 1996, of Laconia, was arrested at 12:13 p.m. on March 17, 2026, on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, and willful concealment charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at Cumberland Farms at 196 N. Main St.
Jameson Franklin Suprey, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 12:02 p.m. on March 15 on a criminal mischief charge after an investigation or incident on Portsmouth Street.
John P. Gagnon, born in 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on March 14 on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident on South Commercial Street.

Jean B. Cyr, born in 1961, of Concord, was arrested at 5:38 p.m. on March 12 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges and an attack on animals or humans violation after an investigation or incident on North Pembroke Road.
Hope Lanette Thompson-Dawson, born in 2006, of Manchester, received a summons on an unlawful possession-intoxication charge at 9:20 p.m. on March 11 after an investigation or incident on North State Street.

Michael G. Dewhurst, born in 1976, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:33 p.m. on Feb. 26 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, driving after revocation or suspension, willful concealment, and operating without a valid license charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at TJ Maxx at 12 Loudon Road. Dewhurst was also charged with theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 after an investigation or incident at Marshalls at 80 Storrs St. and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 after an investigation or incident after an investigation or incident at police headquarters. According to court records, Dewhurst is a felon due to a reckless conduct conviction in 2018. He also has an active theft case working its way through court in Hills North.

Potter was previously convicted of registration-related charges in 2016 and 2021.
Randall G. Russell, born in 1959, of Concord, received a summons at 10:01 p.m. on Feb. 25 on a camping restricted violation after an investigation or incident on the Healy Memorial Park trails off Basin Street.
Nathan J. Craigue, born in 1975, of Concord, was arrested at 12:50 p.m. on Feb. 25 on a driving after revocation-subsequent charge after an investigation or incident at 172 Loudon Road.
Samuel Joseph Stanley, born in 2003, of Ipswich, Massachusetts, was arrested at 8:06 a.m. on Feb. 25 on driving after revocation or suspension and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges. He was charged after an investigation or incident on Loudon Road.
