Man Indicted For Allegedly Carving Letters Into Woman’s Back

Nashua woman indicted on drug charges again, incarcerated Concord man indicted on drug, stolen van charges, alleged strangler also indicted.

NASHUA, NH — The following residents were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Jessica Brooks, 32, of Balch Farm Road in Bennington, for criminal liability to burglary. On April 14, 2017, in Milford, she allegedly aided Maurice Tweedy Jr. – providing him with transportation – reportedly knowing that he had burglarized a Ponemah Road residence.

Misty L. Brown, 41, upper left, with a last known address of Temple Street in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent allegedly on Aug. 8, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of acts prohibited in April 2016, in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Matthew W. Byrd, 40, of Fairway Drive in Londonderry, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on July 23, 2017, in Hudson.

Brandon Callahan, 29, upper middle, of Broad Street in Nashua, on two felony counts sale of a controlled drugs-fentanyl allegedly on July 10 and July 12, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of sale of a controlled drug in 2015.

Dakota Carey, 25, of Whitney Street in Nashua, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl allegedly on Sept. 23, 2017, in Hudson.

Brendan Carmody, 25, upper right, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin and fentanyl and receiving stolen property - $1,501+, both felonies. On Aug. 11, 2017, he allegedly stole a van from Concord and was caught in Merrimack.

Matthew Carrier, 28, lower left, of Edamatteric Drive in Nashua, for forgery and theft by deception, both felonies. Between July 10, and Aug. 14, 2017, he allegedly forged checks to himself over $1,500.

Justin Carter, 33, lower middle, of Underhill Street in Nashua, for felony second-degree assault-domestic violence for allegedly strangling an intimate partner on Oct. 30, 2017, in Nashua.

Christopher Chandonnais, 25, lower right, of Trafford Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone, cocaine allegedly on Oct. 19, 2017, in Nashua.

Blake Colella, 35, of Nashua, for first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and criminal threatening, all felonies. On April 22, 2017, in Nashua, he allegedly carved letters into the back of a woman with a knife, strangled her, and threatened her, according to the indictment.
