Penacook Man Indicted On Second-Degree Assault Charge: Court Roundup

Boscawen, homeless thieves face new charges; Belmont, Franklin, Laconia men indicted on fentanyl charges; man faces stolen property charge.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Hunter Drew, 22, of Village Street in Penacook on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of wrestling a man to the ground and dislocating his shoulder on Aug. 3 in Concord. Read more about this case here: Penacook Man Faces Second-Degree Assault Charge After Fight Downtown

Brittney Duchesneau, 29, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road in Concord after being convicted of theft twice before.

Andrew Dufresne, 51, of Moody Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Webster on Aug. 26.

David M. Fales, 34, of Vine Street in Franklin on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on May 3 in Franklin.

Dominic Ferrari, 26, of Wellington Drive in Laconia on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Aug. 12 in Concord.

David L. Fife, 33, of Range Road in Belmont on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, crack cocaine, fentanyl, and fentanyl with intent to dispense, on Dec. 15, 2022, in Hooksett.

Jessie J. Fitz, 36, of Porter Street in Manchester on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining more than $1,500 in stolen property on April 1 in Hooksett.

Jeffrey Foote, 53, of Logging Hill Road in Bow on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of obtaining a check written on the bank account of a trust in Concord on June 28.

Erin Fournier, 31, of West Main Street in Tilton on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge in Aug. 26 in Concord. Read more about this case here: License Plate Check Leads To Warrant, Meth Charge In Concord

Valerie Fredette, 39, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on burglary and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug on Aug. 5 in Concord and burglarizing a business on Old Turnpike Road on Aug. 13 in Concord.

William Fyler, 50, of King Street in Boscawen on two felony theft by unauthorized taking with two prior convictions charges. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Belletes Lumber in Andover on June 23 and cigarettes and lottery tickets at Circle K on Aug. 1 in Andover.
