Nashua Woman Arrested On Concord Drug Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Chyvell A. Kinerk, 56, of Concord, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 1 on simple assault, disobeying an officer, and two resisting arrest or detention charges as well as a tail lamp and reflectors violation after an investigation or incident on South Main Street.

Kimberly R. Graham, 36, of Concord, was arrested at 9:22 p.m. on Feb. 1 on two warrants after an investigation or incident at Starbucks at 240 Loudon Road. She was accused of failing to appear at dispositional conference hearings in Merrimack County Superior Court on a drug sale charge from January 2024 in Concord and a possession charge from October 2023 in Concord. Graham has status conference hearings booked for both cases on March 20.

Aaron Edward Smart, born in 1966, of Island Pond, Vermont, was arrested at 7:47 p.m. on Jan. 27 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Hazen Drive.

James Vincent Madore, born in 1962, of Concord, was arrested at 4:46 p.m. on Jan. 26 on a driving under the influence charge as well as unregistered vehicle and uninspected vehicle violations after an incident or investigation at Blossom Hill Cemetery at 207 N. Main St.

Vanessa Elizabeth Cole, born in 1982, of Nashua, was arrested at 3:09 p.m. on Jan. 25 on transport drugs in a motor vehicle and controlled drug: controlled premises where drugs kept charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Fisherville Road.

Stacey Thibodeau, 56, of Concord, received a summons at 10:52 a.m. on Jan. 25 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Sean Donald Leighton, 31, of Candia, was arrested at 9:41 p.m. on Jan. 24 on criminal threatening and harassment charges after an incident or investigation on Parmenter Road.

Melissa K. Talbot, born in 1973, of Concord, received a summons at 7:10 p.m. on Jan. 16 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident or investigation at the Taco Bell at 321 Loudon Road.

Kenny Joe Robbins, 30, of Concord, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on Jan. 9 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Dollar General store at 197 Fisherville Road.

Ludwig L. Haken II, 40, of Oak Drive of Londonderry, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on Jan. 9 on hand guns changing marks-firearm, property without a serial number-alter/remove, two transport drugs in a motor vehicle, and two deal-possess prescription drug charges. According to court documents, other charges were later amended due to the city prosecutor’s office not presenting evidence (police submitted a 10-page affidavit in the case). Haken was accused of possessing a 9 mm Marlin firearm with a serial number that had been removed, defaced, or altered, possessing doxycycline hyclate and oxycodone pills in a Chrysler Town and Country minivan outside the Zoo Health Club at 270 Loudon Road and on Sheep Davis Road, according to a complaint. Christopher S. Regan, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. on Jan. 9 on criminal trespass and possession of a controlled drug charges after an incident or investigation at Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive.

Kyle Arthur Russell, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 3:18 p.m. on Jan. 8 on simple assault and endangering the welfare of a child charges after an incident or investigation on Skyline Drive.

Daniel N. Rigsby, born in 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 11:16 p.m. on Jan. 8 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St.

Mason Liane, born in 1994, of Chichester, received a summons at 8:32 p.m. on Jan. 8 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation on Fisherville Road.

Steven Michael Benoit, born in 1980, received a summons at 10:31 a.m. on Jan. 8 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident or investigation at Prompto 10 Minute Oil Change at 131 S. Main St.
