Nashua Man Indicted On Assault, Threat, Tampering Charges: Hillsborough County Superior Court Indictments

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.

Maycol Castillo Sanchez, 24, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony counts of second-degree assault. He was accused of cutting another person with a box cutter on March 28 in Nashua.

Praneet Chivate, 46, of Wanda Lane in Nashua, on three felony counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence. He was accused of striking a child with a shoehorn and bruising her leg and thigh on April 23 in Nashua.

Daniel Cisz Jr., 48, of Ryan Way in Nashua, on second-degree assault, criminal threatening, and six tampering with witnesses and informants charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner and threatening them with a knife on May 10 in Nashua. Cisz was also accused of communicating with the victim and others, attempting to get her to not testify between May 16 and May 19 and June 19 to June 23.

Kaylee Colon, 27, of no fixed address in Nashua, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug, buprenorphine and fentanyl on June 30, 2025, in Nashua.

Joshua W. Corbett, 36, of Naticook Road in Merrimack, on conduct after an accident, second-degree assault, driving after revocation or suspension, and two motor vehicles; penalties charges, all felonies. He was accused of being involved in a collision with injury in Nashua and failing to stop. Corbett was accused of driving on White Pak Drive in Nashua on April 9 and Trafalgar Square in Nashua on April 22.

Adam Curry, 36, of Central Street in Franklin, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine on March 14 in Nashua.

Hugo E. Desintonio Munoz, 25, of Eaton Street in Nashua, on a felony count of motor vehicles; penalties on Feb. 26 on Palm Street in Nashua.

Andrew Douglas, 40, of Vagge Drive in Nashua, on distribution of child sexual abuse images and two possession of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of transferring an .mp4 on Oct. 23, 2024, in Nashua and possessing .png and . wmv files on Jan. 27 in Nashua.

Stephanie Dumas, 36, of Temple Street in Nashua, on a sale of 0.372 grams of fentanyl-subsequent charge on Feb. 16 in Nashua and possession of fentanyl-subsequent in Nashua on March 19. Dumas was previously convicted of acts prohibited in Hills South in September 2020.

Saige Eckels, 22, of Hooksett Road in Hooksett, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing between $1,001 and $1,500 in jewelry from two people in Merrimack on Nov. 20, 2025.

Raeshawn Ferguson, 43, of Dunloggin Road in Nashua, on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on Nov. 5, 2025, in Nashua, and theft by unauthorized taking, after an incident at Walmart on Nov. 9, 2024, in Hudson. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges in December 2017 in Nashua District Court and March 2020 in Hills South. Ferguson was also convicted of acts prohibited in Hills South in March 2020.
