Milford Man Indicted On Drug Dispensing Death Charge: Roundup
Plus: Nashua man indicted on knife threat charge; man accused of dragging cop with car; and accused drug dealers indicted.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Richard Cooley, picture right center, 33, of Mason Road in Milford on drug sale, death resulting from dispensing controlled drug-fentanyl and dispensing fentanyl charges, both felonies. He's accused of dispensing fentanyl to a woman that led to her death on May 10, 2019, in Milford. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession charges in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in September 2013.
Jose Curiel, 24, of Palm Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Xanax charge on Oct. 27, 2019, in Hudson.

Charles Daye, upper right, 27, of Bowers Street in Nashua on a felony possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute charge from Oct. 23, 2019, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled drug: acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in May 2019.
Michael Derochers, center, 37, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on a felony reckless conduct charge. He's accused of driving his vehicle away from a police officer who was inside his vehicle, attempting to arrest him, on Nov. 16, 2019, in Hudson.

Charles Donnelly, 35, of Newburgh Road in Nashua on six aggravated felonious sexual assault charges in July 2019, August 2019, and Nov. 4, 2019, in Nashua.
Ronald Duby Jr., lower center, 46 of Temple Street in Nashua on failure to register online identifiers charges. He's accused of not informing Nashua police in Aug. 9, and Sept. 27, 2019, that he created two new Facebook accounts. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of felony duty to report in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Duby was convicted in Windsor County, Vermont, on felonious sexual assault on a victim under 16 and aggravated felonious sexual assault on a victim under 13 in July 1995.
Stephanie Dumas, lower left, 29, of Temple Street in Nashua on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on Nov. 21, 2019, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a possession charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in November 2014.
Antony Espinal De Leon, upper center, 22, of Marshal Street in Nashua on a felony criminal threatening charge. He's accused of threatening another person with a knife on Nov. 2, 2019, in Nashua.
Alex Evenson, left center, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on Oct. 23, 2018, in Nashua.
Jaime Flores, lower right, 36, of Powell Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony habitual offender charge on Nov. 13, 2019, on West Hollis Street in Nashua.
Antonio Fuentes, upper left, 40, of Norton Street in Nashua on eight aggravated felonious sexual assault and two attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault charges on Aug. 29, 2019, in Nashua.
