Hudson Man Indicted On 9 Rape Charges: Hillsborough County Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Woman accused of selling meth; NJ man indicted on Merrimack forgery, theft charges; Nashua woman indicted on riot, gun threat charges.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.
Brooklyn Alexandria, 43, of Twin Meadow Drive in Hudson, on nine controlled drug acts; acts prohibited charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing methamphetamine and methylphenidate on Sept. 10, 2024, in Hudson and selling meth in Hudson on May 2, May 9, May 14, June 6, and Sept. 10, 2024.
Toby Banks, 47, of Cottage Avenue in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge in Nashua on Aug. 26, 2024.

Nathan Tassie, 29, of Temple Street in Nashua, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on June 30, 2024, in Nashua.
Diego Armando Tenesaca-Acevedo, 23, of Waydell Street in Newark, New Jersey, on two forgery and two theft by deception charges, all felonies. He was accused of uttering a check from the accounts of two different parties and making it out to himself on Jan. 17 in Hudson and Merrimack.

Christopher A Torres Cabral, 28, of Alvirne Drive in Hudson, on second-degree assault and nine aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling, raping, sexually assaulting, fondling, and tying up a girl between March 10, 2020, and March 9, 2022, in Hudson.
Daniel Valentin, 44, of Palm Street in Nashua, on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Ash Street in Nashua on Nov. 18, 2024, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Luis Z. Vazquez, 43, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on July 17, 2024, in Nashua.
Cristobal Vega-Cruz, 67, of Tyler Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on June 25, 2024, in Nashua.
Nery Virella, 40, of Vine Street in Nashua, on criminal threatening, reckless conduct, riot, and felonious use of firearm charges, all felonies. She was accused of threatening others with a firearm and engaging in violent conduct with others in the area of 52 Ash St. in Nashua on Nov. 26, 2024. Peter Walden, 49, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a 55-inch
Nathaniel Weddle, 35, of no fixed address in Nashua, on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, methamphetamine and fentanyl, on June 30, Oct. 30, and Oct. 31, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in January 2018 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
