Milford Man Accused Of Firing Handgun At Woman: Court Indictments
Woman accused of smashing broken glass into a person's face; Nashua residents indicted on theft charges; man accused of strangling a cop.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.
Winstone Muturi, 47, of West Meadow Court in Milford, on domestic violence-reckless conduct and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He's accused of pointing a handgun at a woman inside his home and firing it near her on Aug. 27, 2019, in Milford.
Samantha Nadeau, 20, of Derry Street in Hudson, on first-degree assault and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. She's accused of striking another person in the head and face with a broken bottle multiple times in Nashua on July 31.

Lilia Pagan, pictured upper left, 28, of Old Rochester Road in Center Barnstead, on forgery, theft by deception, and attempted theft by deception charges, all felonies. She's accused of unlawfully cashing a check for $7,000, belonging to a man, in Nashua on May 20.
Derek Pagliuca, upper left middle, 31, of Cypress Street in Manchester, on attempted theft by unauthorized taking and two theft by unauthorized taking charges. The charges stem from incidents involving three vacuums at Target in Nashua on May 7, an attempted vacuum theft on May 8, and a pressure washer theft at Home Depot in Merrimack on June 14. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges in December 2010 and September 2016 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Emanuel Perez, upper middle right, 25, of Falconer Avenue in Milford, on felony second-degree assault-strangulation and a misdemeanor simple assault charges. He accused of strangling a police officer in Nashua on Sept. 16.
Robert Rainville, upper right, 32, of Dunns Bridge Lane in Dover, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charges on Aug. 23 in Merrimack. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug act charge in February 2017 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
Jonathan Rhodes, lower left, 28, homeless, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on June 25 in Nashua.
Chantel Rice, 21, of Balfour Street in Dorchester, Massachusetts, on a felony forgery charge. She's accused of uttering a check owned by Masis Staffing Solutions in Hudson.
Richard Scobi, 34, of East Surry Road in Keene, on a felony possession of heroin charge in Temple on Oct. 8.
Joshua Smith, lower middle left, 35, of Speare Lane in Hudson, on a felony receiving stolen property charge, more than $1,500 worth of coins, in Merrimack on July 10.
Marion Smith, lower middle right, 43, of Canal Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She's accused of stealing merchandise from Kohl's in Nashua on Oct. 13. Previously, according to the indictment, Smith was convicted on theft charges in August 2005 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North and criminal liability to theft in May 2004 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
