Milford Man Indicted On Rape, Chainsaw Threat, Other Charges: Roundup
Hudson, Manchester man indicted for witness tampering; Wilton man indicted for strangulation; Nashua thief indicted on another theft charge.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Megan Marie Landry, 36, of Hilltop Road in Dracut, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-amphetamine charge on May 28 in Nashua.
Jeffrey Lavoie, 38, of Jeanne Drive in Hudson, on two felony tampering with witnesses and informants charges. He harassed two people who reported his previous criminal actions to the Hudson police on April 18, according to the indictments.

Roger Levesque, 41, of Lock Street in Nashua, on possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, methamphetamine, fentanyl, and crack cocaine, charges, all felonies, on Nov. 15, 2023, and Jan. 4 in Nashua.
William McKnight, 53, of Tyler Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Dec. 7, 2023, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted for acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in September 2018.

Marco Moise Belizaire, 26, of Kessler Farm Drive in Nashua, on a felony insurance fraud charge. He was accused of providing false information about a claim with Progressive Insurance on April 15 in Hudson.
Michael Rossignol, 41, of Captain Clark Highway in Wilton, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman in Wilton on July 6.
Robert Sand, 43, of Chestnut Street in Milford, on domestic violence, four second-degree assault, and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. Between July 4 and July 7 in Milford, he was accused of threatening to kill a woman with a chainsaw, strangling her four times, and raping her.
Audrey Segale, 34, of Hill Road in Temple, on theft by deception and three controlled drug act; acts prohibited, crack cocaine and fentanyl, charges, all felonies. She was accused of stealing money from another person via checks from Granite State Credit Union on June 28, 2023, in Nashua. The drug charges stem from incidents on Jan. 4 and May 19 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, Segale was convicted on control of premises in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in March 2023.
Lwaboshi Simwerayi, 27, of Dave Street in Manchester, on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants. He was accused of saying to a witness, “I am going to come after you if you continue with these charges” and “I am going to kick in your door if you take it this far and you know what kind of person I am capable of,” on July 16 in Nashua. Brittany Sprague, 36, of Grand Avenue in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing Victoria’s Secret underwear and “Cuties” brand wipes from another person. Twice before, Sprague was convicted on theft charges, in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in April 2023 and Nashua District Court in September 2023.
