7 Charged In Nashua During Granite Shield Initiative

Residents of Merrimack, Nashua, and Temple were arrested by on drug possession, theft, and warrants in New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

NASHUA, NH — Seven people were arrested in early January during a Granite Shield initiative by Nashua police.

Sgt. John Cinelli, the public information officer and communications division supervisor for the Nashua Police Department, said the department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division and Problem Oriented Policing Unit identified the suspects during theirs investigations and charged them with “various drug crimes, crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity and other criminal offenses.”

Shawn Bailey, 36, of no fixed address on a capias warrant out of Hillsborough County Superior Court South as well as an electronic bench warrant, two possession of a controlled drug charges-subsequent, crack cocaine and fentanyl, and resisting arrested or detention. Bailey was also wanted on a fugitive from justice warrant, too, for robbery, out of Rhode Island. At the time of his arrest, he was held on preventative detention.

Donald Jennings, 38, of Oak Street in Merrimack was arrested on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge-subsequent, methamphetamine. He was released on personal recognizance.

Roger Levesque, 40, of Lock Street in Nashua was arrested on three felony possession of controlled drug-subsequent-crack cocaine and deal-possess prescription drugs charges. He was released on personal recognizance.

Charles Parkhurst, 60, of Ridge Street in Nashua was arrested on a felony common nuisances charge. He refused bail and was due later in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Crystal Pelletier, 34, of Copp Street in Nashua was arrested on a capias warrant out of Hillsborough County Superior Court South and held pending arraignment.

Audrey Segale, 33, of Temple Hill Road in Temple was arrested on felony theft by deception. He was released on personal recognizance bail and is due later in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Randy Widmer, 37, of Walnut Street in Nashua was arrested on a theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was released on personal recognizance and is due later in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
