Nashua Man Indicted On Drug Enterprise Leader Charge: Roundup

Woman indicted on more liquor thefts; Merrimack woman accused of hiding drugs to evade cops; habitual offender indicted after Milford stop.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Oscar Ramirez, 24, of Central Street in Nashua, on possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on July 9, 2019, in Nashua.

Blake Romano, 19, pictured lower left, of Karls Circle in Plaistow, on an aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He's accused of sexually assaulting and biting a man's genitals on Sept. 2, 2019, in Nashua.

Anthony Salmon, 34, of Belknap Road in Hudson, on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 7, 2019, in Hudson.

Christopher Santiago, 34, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, on three sale of cocaine-subsequent charges. He's accused of selling the drug to a cooperating individual working with the Nashua police on Aug. 23, Aug. 26, and Sept. 3, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled drug: acts prohibited in January 2018 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Sarah Flonory Schneider, 26, of Malvern Street in Manchester, on two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, fentanyl and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. She's accused of hiding drug packets in her genitals on July 25, 2019, in Merrimack in order to impair an investigation. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a drug possession charge in May 2014 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Seth Shackford, lower center, 40, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony drug enterprise leader charge. He's accused of knowingly conspiring with Jessica Jones and Edgar Centariczki to unlawful sell fentanyl and meth, according to the indictment, between June 17, and Aug. 27, 2019, in Nashua.

Fransisco Sierra, 33, of Learned Street in Nashua, on an aggravated felonious sexual assault charge between June 1, 2016, and Dec. 15, 2017, in Nashua.

Marco Simoes, 35, of Lawrence Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on two controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-cocaine. He's accused of selling the drug to an agent of Nashua police on Aug. 8 and Aug. 20, 2019.

Dean Smith, 29, of North Road in Epsom, on a motor vehicles; penalties charge. He's accused of driving on Elm Street in Milford on Sept. 29, 2019, while being certified as a habitual offender.

Haily Smith, 24, of Hamlet Drive in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-amphetamine, lorazepam charge on Sept. 24, 2019, in Nashua.

Marion Smith, lower right, 45, of no fixed address in Nashua, on three felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking-priors charges. She's accused of stealing items from three New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlets in Nashua on Oct. 22 and Nov. 9, 2019.
