Nashua Man Indicted On Knife Threat Charge: Hillsborough County Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Jodi Malisos, 48, of Kimball Hill Road in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Dec. 7, 2023, in Nashua.

Desiree MacDonald, 29, 30, of G Street in Hampton on a felony possession of cocaine (3.382 grams) charge on Nov. 27, 2023, in Pelham.

Braulio Polanco, 42, of Belmont Street in Manchester on two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and cocaine, on Jan. 24, 2023, in Nashua.

Brady Lincoln Raye, 32, of Blacksmith Way in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a family member on Jan. 8 in Nashua.

Ashley Reeves, 32, of no fixed address in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and crack cocaine, on Dec. 22, 2023, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of acts prohibited in March 2022 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Charles Reidy, 30, of Grand Avenue in Nashua on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of threatening another person with a knife on Oct. 27, 2023, in Nashua.

Sarah Roehl, 36, of Maple Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Dec. 12, 2023, in Hudson.

Robert Ryan, 36, of L Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-suboxone charge on Dec. 16, 2023, in Nashua.

Diane Senechal, 38, of no fixed address in Manchester on two felony sale of a meth charges. She was accused of selling the drug to an agent of the Nashua Police Department on June 30 and July 2, 2020.

Darien Small, 63, of West Prewitt Street in Grants, New Mexico, on theft by deception and identity fraud charges, both felonies. He was accused of posing as another to obtain more than $1,500 worth of furniture from Mixed Modern on Denton Street in Nashua on Feb. 14, 2023.
