Nashua Teen Indicted for Allegedly Stealing Handgun

Plus, alleged cocaine dealer indicted, Ecuadorian charged with incest, sex offender allegedly fails to tell police about email addresses.

The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court:

Brian Bjornson, 25, of Temple Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug (buprenorphine), second offense, on Feb. 27, in Nashua. He was convicted in June 2008 in Merrimack District Court.

James Briand, 50, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for four counts of felony duty to inform for allegedly not letting law enforcement know he had e-mail addresses on AOL, Hotmail, Gmail, and Yahoo.

Real Bureau, 33, of Hobbs Road in Pelham, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (cocaine), possession with intent to sell (cocaine), also a felony, possession of a controlled drug (marijuana), allegedly from December 2014 in Pelham.

Juan F. Carranza, 28, unknown address in Ecuador, for felony incest for allegedly engaging in sexual intercourse with a teenag girl who was a relative in January in Nashua.

Scott Collier, 33, of Concord, was two counts of felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer for allegedly stealing two Tag Hauer watches from Hannoush Jewelers in Nashua on Oct. 30, 2014, and a gold chain from Schnayder Jewelry in Nashua on Oct. 10, 2014.

Jason DeLuca, 28, of Lodge Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (heroin) and operating after revocation, second offense, on March 12, in Nashua. He was convicted of operating after suspension on Jan. 26, 2015, in Manchester District Court.

Katie Emery, 39, of Willow Street in Manchester, for felony robbery. It’s alleged that on Feb. 1, in Merrimack, she allegedly threatened a store employee during a robbery.

Amy Fredette, 32, of Thornton Road in Merrimack, for felony possession of a controlled drug (buprenorphine) on Feb. 17, in Nashua.

Kristin Gallagher, 44, of Middlesex Street in North Chelmsford, MA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking from an incident on Feb. 25, 2015, at Macy’s in Nashua, and allegedly taking more than $1,000 worth of merchandise without parking for it.

James Gamache, 17, of Benson Avenue in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking and two counts of misdemeanor resisting arrest or detention, for allegedly stealing a Smith & Wesson handgun from a vehicle in Nashua on Feb. 22, and resisting with police during an arrest.

Wayne Garfield Jr., no known address, for felony burglary on Sept. 21, 2014, in Nashua, for allegedly trying to enter the commercial bank loan service officer of Santander Bank while it was closed.

Hector Gonzalez, 33, of Vine Street in Nashua, for three felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug (heroin), second offense. He allegedly sold the drug to a cooperating individual of the Nashua Police Department on Nov. 14, Nov. 18, and Nov. 19, 2014. He was convicted of sale of a controlled drug in 2007.

Angela Semons, 36, of Cypress Lane in Nashua, for felony theft by deception in February 2014 in Nashua, for allegedly working in concert with Jeremy Gendron to make fraudulent withdrawals from a checking account.

Alexandro Socorro-Silverio, 41, of Willow Street in Manchester, for three felony counts sale of a narcotic drug (crack cocaine) in August and September 2014 in Nashua.

Michael Steele, 30, of Albion Street in Wakefield, MA, for receiving stolen property and willful interference with police dogs, both felonies, as well as disobeying a police officer and resisting arrest or detention. On Nov. 11, 2014, in Pelham, Steele allegedly took control of a van owned by Yankee Environmental Services, kicked Scully, a police dog, wouldn’t stop for the Pelham Police, and resisted arrest.

William Sylvester, 29, of Whitten Road in Milford, for felony burglary, reckless conduct, receiving stolen property, and misdemeanor aggravated DWI, for allegedly burglarizing a home on West Street, reportedly stealing rifle parts, and almost striking a Milford Police sergeant and officer in a vehicle on Oct. 25, 2014, in Milford. He allegedly blew a 0.11 breathalyzer.

Elizabeth Trabucco, 57, of Joslin Road in Milford, for felony driving while intoxicated, subsequent offense, on Sept. 26, 2014, in Milford. She was convicted of DWI in April 2013 and November 2006.

Lan Tran, 50, of Cox Street in Nashua, for two felony counts receiving stolen property, two counts of reports of transactions, and two counts of inspection of records and premises.

Glen Voisine, 41, of Tyler Street in Nashua, for felony possession of controlled drugs (suboxone), on Aug. 19, 2014, in Nashua.

Devin Walsman, 25, of Willow Street in Manchester, for felony robbery and felony sale of a controlled drug (marijuana). On Nov. 20, 2014, in Nashua, reportedly in concert with Brandon Meyer, allegedly punched another person and demanded money.

Linda Webber, 47, of Haverhill Street in Lawrence, MA, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (crack cocaine), on Oct. 14, 2014, in Hudson. She was also indicted for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing baby formula on Oct. 18, 2014, in Hudson at the Hannaford on Derry Street. Previously, she had been convicted of theft in 2003 and 2007.

Eric Williams, 39, of Factory Street in Nashua, for three felony counts of sale of controlled drug (cocaine), on Oct. 8, Oct. 15, Oct. 20, 2014, in Nashua, allegedly to an undercover police officer.
