Londonderry, Milford, Portsmouth, And Souhegan Compete In The Final Bouts Of 2026: NH Wrestling Results

Bow, Goffstown, Hollis Brookline, and Pinkerton win bouts on Wednesday night. Championship season begins Saturday.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Wrestlers from around New Hampshire are finishing up their final regular-season bouts before the championship season begins on Saturday for junior varsity wrestlers.

Here are some of the latest results.

Milford Beats Portsmouth, 65-16

The Spartans downed the Clippers on Wednesday night with a solid win on the Seacoast.

Milford started out with three wins, including Calix Lajoie in the 144-pound bracket by pin, Tanner Herbert in the 150 by fall, and Phillip Wright by pin in the 157. Stephen Whisler of Portsmouth in the 165 then pinned his opponent. Brandon Leeman in the 215 won by fall for Milford, while Evan Cook in the 285 won by fall. Milford won the next five bouts: Connor Hartigan won by pin in the 106, Colton Schuster won by pin in the 113, Kiernan Lordan pinned his opponent in the 120, Max Hammerstrom pinned his opponent in the 126, and Cameron Stickney, in the 132, won by tech fall, 16-1. AJ Craig in the 138 won by major decision, 13-5.

Joseph Fay and Marcus Kern for Milford and Owen Foster of Portsmouth won extra matches.

Milford won two bouts by forfeit.

The Astros beat the Lancers on Wednesday night, 40-38.

Londonderry wrestlers winning bouts included Anthony Cipolletta in the 106 by pin, Ryan Ramos in the 120 by pin, 144: Colin Egan in the 144 by pin, Caleb Holden in the 150, 9-7, Sawyer Chaffee in the 165 by fall, and Liam Cronin in the 190 by fall. Each team won a bout by forfeit.

Londonderry also received a penalty after the 120 bout due to excessive celebration, according to Track Wrestling.

Goffstown Beats Souhegan, 51-30

The Sabers took on the Grizzlies in Goffstown but fell short on Wednesday night.

Wrestlers winning for Souhegan included Nathan Stout in the 120 by pin, Jack Kaler in the 132 by fall, Landon Carson in the 138 by fall, and Cole Mobley in the 165 by fall. Jaiden Watts won an extra match for Souhegan.

Goffstown took two bouts by forfeit, while Souhegan won one.

HB Beats BG, 54-25

Hollis Brookline faced off against Bishop Guertin on Wednesday night and came up with a solid win.

Winning for BG were Wesley Steinruck in the 106, Austin Steinruck in the 132, James Algeo in the 138, and Jack Foster in the 190. HB won seven bouts due to forfeits.

Other Results

Bow beat Plymouth Regional High School, 40-35, on Wednesday night.

Campbell beat Raymond, 41-17.

Pelham beat Kearsarge Regional High School, 47-24.

White Mountains Regional and Conant competed in Lebanon, but no results were available at the time of publication. John Stark Regional, Mascoma, and Newport also all competed on Wednesday night, but no scores were available.

Upcoming

Junior varsity wrestlers from around the Granite State will compete at JV States at Timberlane Regional High School on Saturday. Bouts begin at 9 a.m.

On Feb. 21, Division I wrestlers will compete in Londonderry, while Division II will have matches in Goffstown, and Division III will wrestle at Contoocook Valley Regional High School.

At 3 p.m. on Feb. 27, the Girls Meet of Champions will be held at Pinkerton Academy in Derry.
