Sexual Assaulter Indicted On Allenstown Registration Charge: Superior Court Roundup

Concord man accused of child assault; man faces strangulation charges; man indicted on 7 theft charges — including stealing church trailer.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

James Rondeau, 42, of Windham Depot Road in Derry, on possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Hooksett on Dec. 29, 2023.

Nicole M. Rossi, 42, of an unknown address in Williamstown, Vermon, on two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, crack cocaine and buprenorphine, both felonies, in Concord on Nov. 18, 2024.

Christopher W. Roy, 42, of Elizbeth Drive in Boscawen, on two felony motor vehicles; penalties charges. He was accused of driving on the Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom on Sept. 4, 2024, and Interstate 93 south in Bow on Sept. 13, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in July 2024.

Kyle Russell, 34, of Concord Street in Concord, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of striking a child in the face, causing a laceration between Sept. 10 and Sept. 30, 2024, in Concord.

Jordan J. Sansone, 24, of Morningside Drive in Derry, on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register within five business days of establishing temporary residency in Allenstown on Nov. 19, 2024. Sansone was convicted of sexual assault in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in May 2024.

Nicholas E. Saykaly, 42, of Elm Street in Goffstown, on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Hooksett Road in Hooksett on June 14, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender in April 2023.

Matthew Sellers, 42, of Fox Run Road in Concord, on burglary and seven theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a storage unit on Hall Road in Canterbury on Dec. 9, 2024; exercising unauthorized control of traffic cones belonging to the Canterbury Elementary School on Oct. 17, 2024; stealing a trailer from Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Concord on Nov. 28, 2024; stealing a trail belonging to a Concord man on Dec. 10, 2024; stealing merchandise from Market Basket on Merchants Way in Penacook and Fort Eddy Road in Concord on Jan. 21; stealing merchandise from Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord on Feb. 7.

Mark Smith, 32, of River Road in Plymouth, on felon in possession-a dagger and possession of fentanyl and tramadol mix charges, both felonies, on Aug. 15, 2020, in Hooksett.

Todd E. Spataro, 58, of an unknown address in Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on possession of controlled drug-subsequent-meth and bail jumping charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug on Hackett Hill Road in Hooksett on Sept. 14, 2024, and failing to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court for a falsifying physical evidence charge on Sept. 23, 2024.

Scott L. Stanley III, 33, of Pleasant Street in Franklin, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Feb. 13 in Franklin.

Brian Stickney, 41, of Range Road in Franklin, on two felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Feb. 1 in Franklin.

Paul M. Taylor, 53, of Franklin, incarcerated at the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen at the time of the indictment, on possession of meth, possession of a fentanyl and cocaine mix, and three violation of a protective order-subsequent charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs on Central Street in Franklin on Jan. 7. Taylor was also accused entering the home of a protected party on River Street in Franklin on Jan. 3 and Jan. 4, and telephoning the protective party from the jail on Jan. 16. Previously, he was convicted of stalking in Franklin District Court in April 2024.

Justin L. Travis, 44, of Cass Mill Road in Alexandria, on burglary and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing firearms, including an AR-15 rifle, and power tools, from a home in Canterbury on July 26, 2024.
