CONCORD, NH — Jocelyn E. Emmanuel Muhire, born in 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 7:51 p.m. on Jan. 13 on criminal mischief and two simple assault charges after an investigation or incident at Regency Hill Estates at 12 E. Side Drive.

Michael Derienzo Jr., 30, of Concord, was arrested at 8 p.m. on Jan. 12 on possession of a controlled drug-sale, etc., possession of a controlled drug-sale, etc., fentanyl class, more than 5 grams, and two possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges after an investigation or incident on Interstate 93 northbound at the Exit 13 onramp.

Ashton Laroche, born in 2005, of Concord, was arrested at 8:14 p.m. on Jan. 10 on driving under the influence and unlawful possession-intoxication charges, as well as possession-use of a tobacco product by a minor and misuse of plates violations, after an investigation or incident on North Main Street.

Carl J. Vaillant, born in 1985, of Concord, received a summons at 7:22 p.m. on Jan. 9 on a criminal trespass charge after an investigation or incident at Regency Hill Estates at 12 E. Side Drive.

Austin C. Shelton, born in 1995, of Concord, received a summons at 11:33 p.m. on Jan. 8 on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

She was also charged with possession of a controlled drug following after an investigation or incident at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church at 21 Centre St.

Colin P. White, born in 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 10:28 a.m. on Dec. 22 on breach of bail and receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charges after an investigation or incident on Fort Eddy Road.

Erica Lindsay Kowalski, born in 1976, of Concord, was arrested at 9:39 a.m. on Dec. 22 on a breach of bail charge and a sex offender registration-help offender elude police charges after an investigation or incident on Olde Madbury Lane in Dover. Also arrested was Stephen Paul Edgerly, 52, with a last known address of Olde Madbury Lane in Dover, was arrested at 6:25 a.m. on Dec. 22 on three sex offender registration; fail to comply-knowing-subsequent charges. He is a sex offender due to a felonious sexual assault-victim 13 or older and under 16 with an age difference of more than three years conviction, in November 1995, according to the state of New Hampshire.

David Edward Austin, born in 1995, of Loudon, was arrested at 7:14 p.m. on Dec. 21 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an investigation or incident at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Bruce Allaire, born in 1979, of Concord, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 21 on a warrant and a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an investigation or incident at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.
