Pembroke Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charges: Court Roundup
Portsmouth man faces knife threat charge; prisoner indicted for kicking, spitting corrections officers; Salem thief indicted on new charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Theresa Gail Ainsworth, 54, of River Street in Rochester on possession of fentanyl-subsequent and delivery of articles prohibited charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on May 9, 2023. Ainsworth was convicted on possession in Rockingham County in March 2022.
Pamela Jean White, 63, of Braemoor Woods Road in Salem on two theft by unauthorized taking charges, felonies due to two prior convictions. She was accused of stealing a Smeg Coffee Maker from HomeSense in Salem on April 5 and groceries from Shaw’s supermarket in Londonderry on May 2.

Justin Martin Thomas, 23, of Hancock Street in Portsmouth on a felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of threatening to stab another person and then, assuming a fighting stance and pulling out a knife on April 16 in Portsmouth.
Eric Michael Todd, 36, of Gates Street in Concord on three felony assaults by prisoners charges. He was accused of kicking one corrections officer in the face, pushing another corrections officer, and spitting at a third corrections officer on Jan. 26 at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.

Jake Gregory Todisco, 31, of Merrimack Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on possession of clonazepam, possession of alprazolam, possession of methamphetamine, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and stealing merchandise from JCPenny in Salem on May 20. According to the indictment, Todisco was convicted twice before on theft charges.
Kimberly Marie Veno, 36, of Nashua Street in Manchester on possession of crack cocaine, possession of fentanyl, and possession of cocaine charges, all felonies, on Nov. 7, 2023, in Londonderry.
Konul Verdiyeva, 33, of Lakeview Avenue in Lowell, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham County in Salem on Jan. 17.
Joseph Kenneth Waniski, 23, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on felonious sexual assault and aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. Between June 19, 2016, and June 19, 2000, in Deerfield, he was accused of fondling a child and having a child fondle him.
Kara Waugh, 31, of Crestshire Drive in Lawrence, MA, on driving after revocation or suspension, disobeying an officer, and two felony controlled drug charges. She was accused of possessing the drugs and driving on Red Roof Lane in Salem, and giving an officer a false name on March 11.
