April 14-Suffolk Arrest Report

A look at some recent arrests in the area.

All of the following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate a conviction.

  • Jill Stabenau, 42, of West Islip, was arrested in West Babylon on April 12 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Richard Rossano, 21, of Deer Park, was arrested in Deer Park on April 12 on two counts of fifth degree criminal possession of marijuana and one count of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs
  • Jose Garcialazo, 30, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Lindenhurst on April 11 on charges of aggravated DWI, driving while ability impaired, endangering the welfare of a child and leaving the scene of a reportable accident.   • Albert Ciardullo, 60, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Babylon on April 10 on a charge of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance

  • Jeffrey Browne, 55, of Farmingville, was arrested in West Babylon on April 10 on charges of DWI-1st offense and leaving the scene of a property damage accident
  • Moises Alvarado, 55, of Huntington Station, was arrested in Melville on April 12 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Kristina Dipaola, 26, of Huntington, was arrested in Huntington on April 11 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Amanda Roman, 20, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Bay Shore on April 12 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Paul Cappellino, 31, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Bay Shore on April 10 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Michael Grant, 47, of Shirley, was arrested in Smithtown on April 12 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Adam Fry, 34, of Kings Park, was arrested in Kings Park on April 12 on a charge of DWI-previous conviction in past 10 years
  • Joseph Peraza, 38, of Smithtown, was arrested in Hauppauge on April 11 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs
  • Adam Binder, 24, of Nesconset, was arrested in Smithtown on April 11 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Patrick Lomauro, 25, of St. James, was arrested in Smithtown on April 11 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Stephen Hunter, 29, of Medford, was arrested in Smithtown on April 11 on a charge of first degree robbery: displays firearm
  • Willie Briggs, 44, of Nesconset, was arrested in Nesconset on April 10 on a charge of DWI-previous conviction in past 10 years
  • Dawn Zambito, 49, of Hauppauge, was arrested in Hauppauge on April 9 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs
  • John J. Dougal III, 50, of Huntington, was arrested in Lake Grove on April 9 on two counts of fourth degree criminal possession of stolen property
  • George Parry, 50, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on April 12 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Patrick Allen, 25, of West Islip, was arrested in North Patchogue on April 11 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • William Becker, 47, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on April 9 on four counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance
  • Karla Pedreira, 21, of Setauket, was arrested in Setauket on April 12 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs
  • Brandon Antici, 20, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested in Port Jefferson Station on April 10 on a charge third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
  • Michael Cannizzaro, 26, of of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested in Port Jefferson on April 10 on a charge of fourth degree grand larceny
  • Gina Digilio, 23, of Stony Brook, was arrested in Coram on April 9 on a charge of DWI-previous conviction in past 10 years
  • Gregory Batista, 45, of Farmingville, was arrested in Medford on April 9 on a charge of aggravated DWI
