A prank YouTuber has been identified as the victim in a shooting at the Dulles Town Center mall, according to a report from WUSA9. The victim, Tanner Cook, is a 21-year-old who creates content for the "Classified Goons" YouTube channel. He was shot in the stomach while recording a video.
