VA Grandmother, Girl Still Missing; Accused Kidnapper Charged
A man accused of abducting a 12-year-old girl and her grandmother from Virginia was arrested in Pennsylvania, while police are still looking for the victims. Angie Carolina Rodriguez Rubio, 12, and her grandmother, Elizabeth Rodriguez Rubio, 48, are believed to be in "extreme danger," police said.
