Dystopia v Utopia+Golden Age of USA. Will Trump be on Mount Rushmore?
When gas, electric, lending costs less, everything can cost less. When labor earns more, citizens will be able to buy more. T2=Common Sense!
When energy costs less, everything made with energy costs less. When transportation costs less, moving products - including components and HUD Code manufactured homes - as well as going to and from work costs less. When AI efforts are boosted with the promise of doubling U.S. energy production that can lower costs for manufactured housing too.
Obviously, a web of complex steps is underway that can increase some costs like employee labor, but that too could mean more American citizens can buy a new HUD Code manufactured home or other more expensive conventional, prefab, or modular housing.
Trump 2.0, or what MHProNews and this writer for this Patch may call T2 from time to time, is in part about the termination of certain things that have cost America’s economy trillions since the Obama-Biden (D) and Biden-Harris (D) years and which contributed to the financial pressures that resulted in consolidation in the land lease communities sector, retail, lending, transportation, installation, and production of HUD Code manufactured homes plus all other forms of pre-fab, modular, and conventional housing too.

But painful steps like deportations of illegal migrants, as sad as that will be for potential millions living among us, will have the natural economic effect of boosting the income and thus the purchasing power of American Citizens. Deporting illegals is America First in a nutshell. That is Trumponomics, the return of common sense and the rule of law. Or so it appears to be among the evolving steps taken by Trump and MAGA supporters among the GOP.
But Democrats, RINO, and Establishment Republicans are still potential roadblocks.

While it isn't all inclusive, the composite chart below used by Manufactured Home Pro News (MHProNews) for years covers most of the major and better known news sources across the left-right media divide. This is part of what we have used to better inform our readers there, on Manufactured Home Living News (MHLivingNews), and in the past 6 months here on this Patch.
My friends, colleagues, and fellow club or organizational members who appear to hail from the political left (think as a possible example, István Dobozi) need to grasp that they do have some traditionally liberal notions that could be deployed by someone like President Donald J. Trump (R), who is an ex-Democratic supporter. But those on the left need to also admit that the center-right has useful, common sense, and good ideas too.
Thomas Sowell, Ph.D., is an economist who is generally thought of as being from the political right and who has long championed common sense. That quote above can be applied to not only healthcare, but to almost any other sector of the U.S. economy.
"It is amazing that people who think we cannot afford to pay for doctors, hospitals, and medication somehow think that we can afford to pay for doctors, hospitals, medication and a government bureaucracy to administer it," said Dr. Sowell per BrainyQuotes and other sources.
Let's adapt that following another example of a common sense observation that this writer for MHProNews, MHLivingNews and this Patch contributor has used for years, because it is so powerful and insight.
When T2 seeks to "Terminate" or end many regulations, and cut many federal employees out of jobs (in part through attrition and other methods), he is loosening the chains that slow down and limit investment in the U.S. At Davos yesterday, Trump told globalists to their faces he will make it easier for companies or individuals to invest in the U.S. More U.S. investment will mean more job creation. More job creation will give incentives for employers to pay more, who can afford to pay more because they will have lower energy and regulatory burdens.
As Dr. Dobozi and others could contend is that there are forces that will push back against that, including Democrats and some so-called RINO or Establishment Republicans. Whatever party they come from or support, those who oppose these notions are individuals who miss the elegant simplicity of America First.
As longtime and detail-minded readers on MHProNews should know, we have championed certain principles which when examined put people over parties and special interests. Now, we have been doing that daily as a contributor here on the Patch for about 6 months. The post below is an example of what common sense looks like.

But ultimately, the core of reality, the core of truth is Godly. Those who grasp the rich meaning of the Scriptures (the holy Bible) will be less likely to be led astray by what may seem to be tempting promises that are often demonstrably wrong. The challenge is that a lie can be told in a few words, but the truth requires an explanation for those not fully grounded in religious and spiritual truths.
The truth tends to be simple. It is only because of how common deception has become that makes people accustomed to hearing (and accepting) half-truths or lies vulnerable to the latest fraud.
When T2 signed an executive order (EO) declaring what humanity has known to be true for thousands of years, that there are only two genders or sexes - male and female - that was not even disputed by perhaps 99 percent of the population 20 years ago. But leftist gender ideology has attempted to convince us that it was okay to force people into believing and doing things that God and common sense told us otherwise.
In my high school class there was a young woman who dressed as what was then called a "Tom boy." "A tomboy is a girl or young woman who enjoys activities and behaviors that are typically associated with boys. This can include playing sports, wearing androgynous clothing," says left-leaning Google AI powered Gemini. No one that I knew gave her a hard time. Studies have shown that those truly 'gender confused' tend to grow out of it in a few years. But there are big bucks involved for those who push 'transgenderism.' Big pharma and some in the medical community want those dollars. So, it is useful to look behind the curtain, see who is advertising on this or that network or news platform to better understand the agenda behind the claims.
Many believe God saved President Trump from at least two different assassin’s last year, one of whom shot a bullet through his ear in what a few millimeters of difference could have been a deadly kill shot. That was an answer to millions of prayers.
It has been said that God answers prayers three ways. Yes. No. Later.
When Trump wasn't allowed to take office after the 2020 election, millions were very disappointed while millions of others thought it was grand. But those who were glad that Biden-Harris (D) took over the White House and VP's residence in Washington, D.C. didn't know they had supported inflation, supported higher energy prices, supported lower pay for their work, and more. According to Statista, "The rate of inflation overtook the growth of wages in April 2021. High rates of inflation means that consumers are seeing a decrease in purchasing power."
This writer for MHProNews (and now on this Patch) predicted early on that Biden-Harris (D) policies would cause inflation to go up and wages to go down. That wasn't a magic or crystal ball prediction. I didn't need a doctoral degree in economics. All that was necessary was a little knowledge of history and some common sense. CNN produced this graphic below, and they were not then, nor are they (yet) now a pro-Trump news outlet.
Bidenomics never worked. Trumponomics did. It was a Democratic Lt. Governor who said that homelessness is the canary in the coal mine - it means something is radically wrong.

We don't know who would have been the worse president in 2000, George W. Bush (R) or Al Gore (D). We got into two Middle Eastern wars that cost our nation trillions of dollars and tens of thousands of lost or wounded lives, but it also cost those nations were those wars were fought perhaps a million or more lost lives. They were a terrible mistake. It was avoidable. But the military industrial complex won with Bush. Perhaps Gore would have pushed a 'green agenda' like Joe Biden (D) and Kamala Harris (D) did that helped give us horrific inflation. Perhaps Gore would have gotten us into wars too. We don't know, but what we do know is that there is no free lunch.
What made Trump different than many other GOP candidates is that he spoke the truth about the Bush war error. Trump spoke the truth about the problem of bad trade deals, about the open borders and the 'hidden' costs of allowing millions of unvetted immigrants into our country.
I am the son of immigrants. My wife is an immigrant from a Middle Eastern nation. I'm not against immigration, but it must be done legally and through a vetting process. It will be painful to some to watch migrants being sent back to other countries. I get it. But my own parents spent years in a DP (displaced persons) camp after World War II, waiting their turn before they were finally allowed to come into the U.S. They had to have sponsors, among other things, before they were allowed to come.
T2 may help destroy years of false narratives and dispel years of corrupt and mistaken policies. It is said that President Trump now has the highest approval rate he has ever had, in either his first or now second term in office. There are reasons why the oligarchs, globalists, and left-leaning or anti-Trump 'conservative' media didn't want Trump in again. They knew his policies would work. They knew that if Trump and Vance are allowed to do what they promised, and are starting to do, that the American economy would begin to heal and American citizens would begin to benefit.
It is obvious that Trump didn't end the war between Russia and Ukraine in a day. But some of his announcements yesterday and steps taken earlier this week are laying the foundation for the end of that war.
God give Trump wisdom, good health, and the courage to do what is right for American citizens. He is doing so in as compassionate a manner as is possible while still taking the steps towards doing what he promised.
Lower energy costs will result from more domestic energy production.
Lower energy costs will result from withdrawal from the Paris Climate deal.
The world will not end, the oceans will not suddenly rise, as the Obamas (D) and Bidens (D) know, because they have ocean front properties. This is all common sense that can and must override the use of often repeated lies, half-truths, and propaganda-driven narratives. As was true of some other illustrations above, the below have been shared from time to time on MHProNews since 2020.
We live in Florida. Over the course of thousands of years, long before humans had factories, or cars, the oceans and the Gulf of America (used to be called the Gulf of Mexico before Trump 2.0), rose or fell according to complex changes on planet earth that had nothing to do with humanity.

Dystopia is the opposite of Utopia.
Like the pot of water that is slowly brought to a boil is said to be the way to biol a frog to death, because the slow rise of the temperature keeps the frog from jumping away to freedom, Americans have been slowly subjected to the increased 'heat' caused by false narratives.
Trump isn't perfect, won't be perfect this side of eternity, and doesn't have to be perfect in order to earn our admiration and support for going against his own class of billionaires and corporatists who gladly sold out America and brought about the dying of the American Dream. But Trump is correct in saying that our golden age lies ahead, so long as he sticks to the America First agenda and MAGA Republicans and enough Democrats of good will go along for the ride.
