Concord Man Indicted On Robbery, Theft Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Mass. man faces forgery, theft charges; elderly Weare man indicted on meth charge; Franklin, Hopkinton habitual offenders indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Jonathan D. Pickering, 34, of Carroll Street in Pittsfield on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methamphetamine and fentanyl, charges in Concord on Sept. 20, 2022.
Josh Poliquin, 34, of Hopkinton Road in Hopkinton on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Main Street in Hopkinton on Sept. 24, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender in May 2013 by the NH DMV.

Brent Prescott, 65, of Concord Stage Road in Weare on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on July 13, 2022, in Dunbarton.
Cameron Reynolds, 28, of Tara Drive in Concord on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on June 12, 2022, in Concord.

Jason A. Ripley, 37, of Fletcher Street in Whitinsville, Massachusetts, on theft by deception and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused of cashing a counterfeit Hub Furniture Company check at Bangor Savings Bank in Concord for $2,244.99 on Nov. 19, 2021.
Jackie Roberts, 22, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road in Concord on Oct. 3, 2022, after twice before being convicted of theft.
Felicia M. Rood, 29, of Loudon Road in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Sept. 26, 2022, in Concord.
Helmi Ryan, 49, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony possession of narcotic drug, fentanyl, subsequent offense charge. She was accused of possessing the drug on Loudon Road in Concord on Sept. 9, 2022. Ryan was convicted on a drug sales charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in June 2019.
Jesse Sampaio, 40, a homeless man now located in Franklin, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Prospect Street in Franklin on Aug. 16, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Abraham Sanborn, 41, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 8, 2022, in Concord.
Matthew Sellers, 40, of Fox Run Road in Concord on robbery and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of using force, pushing another person, while stealing items in Walmart in Concord on May 16, 2022. Sellers was also accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of items at Lowe’s on Fort Eddy Road in Concord between April 20 and May 5, 2022.
