Concord Man Indicted For Allegedly Driving Vehicle Into A Woman: Roundup

Alleged Manchester drug dealer, alleged Rochester forger indicted. Franklin man indicted for allegedly holding a knife to a woman's throat.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.

Elliot Perez, 24, pictured upper left, of Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone, Buprenorphine, and cocaine allegedly on May 2, 2017, in Hooksett.

Kyle Perkins, 25, pictured upper center, of Hammond Street in Concord, for felony tampering with witnesses. On April 25, 2017, in Concord, he allegedly attempted to get a witness to not give a statement to police. At the time, according to the indictment, Perkins was out on bail from March 2016, by the Merrimack County Superior Court.

Samuel Piper, 24, pictured upper right, of Cricket Lane in Concord, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, both felonies, allegedly on March 2, 2017, in Concord.

Christopher Poire, 29, pictured right middle, of Dicandra Drive in Bow, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine allegedly on April 14, 2017, in Bow. At the time, according to the indictment, he was out on bail from a few days before by the Merrimack County Superior Court.

Stephen Reagan, 49, of Lafayette Street in Rochester, for felony forgery. On April 3, 2017, in Boscawen, he allegedly drew a check on the account of Absolute Electrical Services and made $573.48 payable to himself.

Leeann B. Rollins, 23, of South Barnstead Road in Center Barnstead, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, carisoprodol allegedly on April 2, 2017, in Pittsfield.

Rafael R. Rosa, 60, pictured lower left, of Fisherville Road in Concord, for second-degree assault, reckless conduct, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and conduct after an accident, all felonies. On March 31, 2017, in Concord, he allegedly drove a vehicle into a woman causing her to fall and fracture her shoulder. He also allegedly drove drunk in a pickup truck on Fort Eddy Road and causing a collision.

Corey Rousseau, 28, center, of Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for criminal threatening, reckless conduct, and criminal restraint, all felonies. On March 19, 2017, in Franklin, he allegedly held a woman in her bedroom and/or apartment, held a knife to her throat, and threatened to injure her.

Alton Ryan, 44, pictured lower right, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Loudon Road in Concord on July 26, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of sale of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2016.
