Manchester Felon Indicted On Knife Attack Charges: Court Roundup

Littleton man faces rape, gun threat indictments; Goffstown teen faces gun, drug, other charges; Bedford man indicted on 7 drug charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Johniel Camuy, 24, of Bell Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Jan. 7 in Manchester.

Jimmie Carlton, 58, of Union Street in Littleton on aggravated felonious sexual assault and criminal threatening charges. He was accused of holding what was believed to be a handgun to a woman’s head and raping her in Manchester on Nov. 4, 2021.

Drew Chiras, 18, of Rochambeau Street in Goffstown on felonious use of a firearm, reckless conduct, falsifying physical evidence, and possession of oxycodone hydrochloride charges, all felonies. On Feb. 24, he drove a Mercedes Benz at a high rate of speed into oncoming traffic in Manchester and then concealed the vehicle on Feb. 26 to impair an investigation, according to the indictments. The gun and drug possession occurred on March 4, according to the indictments.

Justin Cole, 31, of Keene on two possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, crack cocaine and LSD, and four possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell, psilocybin, methamphetamine, cocaine, and eutylone, charges, all felonies on Feb. 5 in Manchester.

Daniel Cookson, 25, of River Walk in Manchester on two felony possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-marijuana counts on Nov. 28, 2023, and Feb. 6 in Manchester.

Thomas Andrew Conway, 54, of Iron Horse Drive in Bedford on possession of cocaine with intent to sell and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on Dec. 5, 2023, in Manchester and possession of crack cocaine, possession of meth, possession of fentanyl, possession of clonazepam, and possession of meth charges, all felonies, in Manchester on Dec. 31, 2023.

Holly Crawford, 37, of Manchester Street in Manchester on first-degree assault and felon in possession of a deadly weapon charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing a knife and stabbing another person with it on Feb. 4 in Manchester. Wilfredo Cruz, 49, of no fixed address in Nashua, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on nine felony tampering with witnesses and informants charges as well as criminal threatening and five stalking counts. He was accused of attempting to induce a woman, repeatedly, to not go to court in September, October, and December 2023. Cruz also threatened to break the woman’s face on Oct. 14, 2023, and was not supposed to contact her due to a prevention order on Jan. 21, according to the indictments.

Desarae Roy, 36, of Sullivan Street in Manchester on a felony riot charge. She engaged in reckless behavior with Anthony Clark, Donna Clement, and “ODAM” attacked another person on Jan. 1 in Manchester, according to the indictment.

Patrick Roy, 26, of Bodwell Road in Manchester on a felony domestic violence charge. He was accused of holding a firearm to a woman’s head and threatening to kill her on Jan. 14, 2023, in Manchester.
