Milford Teen Indicted On Robbery Charge: County Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Beatriz H. Batista Campos, 48, of Blackstone Drive in Nashua on domestic violence and reckless conduct-domestic violence charges, both felonies. She was accused of putting an intimate partner in danger by swinging a knife at them on Jan. 3 in Nashua.

Aven Cora, 18, of Nashua Street in Milford on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of robbing another person while armed with a knife on June 15, 2023, in Milford.

Jamie Cresta, 48, of Strawberry Bank Road in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 23, 2023, in Nashua.

Wilfredo Cruz, 49, of no fixed address in Nashua on duty to inform, penalty; registration of criminal offenders, and six tampering with witnesses and informants charges, all felonies. He was accused of failing to tell Nashua police where he lived on July 3, 2023, and was accused of failing to inform police about his mailing address between July 3 and Sept. 8, 2023. On Sept. 7, Sept. 8, Sept. 10, Sept. 12, Sept. 13, and Sept. 18, 2023, in Nashua, he was accused of telling a woman not to show up to court and, in one instance, saying, “All you gotta do is not show up to court on the 19th” and another time, “If you don’t go to court, they can’t do nothing about it,” or words to the effect.

Nicholas Dubois, 38, of Front Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine and crack cocaine charge on Sept. 7, 2023, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a prior offense.

Jefferthon Estrada, 39, of Temple Street in Nashua on two common nuisances and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, all felonies. He was accused of illegally keeping or selling drugs between Aug. 14 and Dec. 6, 2023, in Nashua while released on bail. Estrada was accused of selling fentanyl on Nov. 16 and Nov. 23, 2023, in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted in Haverhill MA District Court on a drug intent charge.

Danielle Evans, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Dec. 21, 2023, in Nashua.

Jacob Evans, 31, of Turnpike Road in New Ipswich on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a 2010 Chevrolet Impala between Nov. 6, 2023, in Litchfield.

Yesther Pascual, 22, of Bridge Street in Nashua on a felony riot charge. He was accused of working with two or more people to cause public alarm on Oct. 29, 2023, in Nashua, where two people were shot.
