Manchester Man, Others Indicted On Weapon Threat Charges: Roundup
Henniker man indicted in I-89 fatal crash case; Salisbury man indicted on drug distribution charges; MA woman indicted in liquor theft case.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Jose Mendoza Galindo, 45, of Freedom Acres Drive in Concord on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving his motor vehicle, a deadly weapon, north on Interstate 93 in the southbound lane on July 30 in Concord.
Nicholas D. Godbout, 35, of Old Turnpike Road in Salisbury on falsifying physical evidence and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-intent to distribute charges, methamphetamine and fentanyl, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and concealing them to impair an investigation in Hooksett on Aug. 23.

Chelsie Golan, 31, of Ruby Circle in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony organized retail crime enterprise charge. She was accused of conspiring with Rebecca Motta to remove liquor from the New Hampshire state Liquor and Wine Outlet and then trade or sell the stolen booze to a store in Massachusetts. Shane A. Goss, 46, of Memorial Street in Franklin on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Prospect Street in Franklin on Feb. 22 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Danny L. Gray, 54, of Concord Road in Northfield on criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing a gun at the head of another man in Northfield on Aug. 12.
Kevin Groesser, 62, of Old Town Road in Hill on a felony possession of meth charge on May 7 in Franklin.
Thomas Hanley, 30, of Liberty Hill Road in Henniker on a felony conduct after an accident charge. He was accused of leaving the scene of a crash that caused the death of Gina Maiorano of Henniker on June 5 in Hopkinton. Deven Harrington, 24, of Tallant Road in Pelham on tampering with witnesses and informants and two reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of rear-ending a Chevrolet Equinox with his Honda Element, with a passenger in his vehicle, on Interstate 93 south in Bow on Aug. 21. Harrington was also accused of requesting the passenger to say the Chevrolet struck his Element “not the other way around” or words to that effect which he knew not to be true.
Madison Hawkins, 25, of Blueberry Lane in Laconia on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of retaining a stolen Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max on June 8 in Concord.
Zachariah J. Head, 29, of Ocean Street in Hyannis, MA, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and crack cocaine, on March 26 in Hooksett.
Gordon Hollingworth, 29, a homeless man now located in Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony criminal threatening charge. Adam Huberty, 44, of Walker Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of pulling out a knife and yelling, “Get back,” or words to the effect on June 28 in Concord.
