Bow Man Indicted On 13 Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Concord man indicted on child sexual assault charge out of Webster; Andover rapist, Canterbury felon indicted on gun possession charges.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Elizabeth Santos, 36, of Bible Hill Road in Claremont on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, cocaine and crack cocaine, in Newbury on July 1.
Elton Shinn, 52, of Soapstone Road in Canterbury on burglary, receiving stolen property, and felon in possession-firearm charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a home on Old Turnpike Road in Salisbury on May 14 and possessing a stolen shotgun and long rifle in Danbury on May 14.

Justin E. Spaulding, 42, of Hope Lane in Bow on 13 possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing photos and videos on Jan. 12 in Bow. Read more about this case here: Bow Man Arrested In 10 Counts Of Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges
Christine Thompson, 45, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on conspiracy to commit-criminal mischief and accomplice to criminal mischief charges, both felonies. She was accused of driving the getaway vehicle for Adam Thompson after he was accused of removing a catalytic converter from a Honda CR-V in Canterbury on June 20.

Anthony M. Troila, 31, of Shaker Road in Canterbury on a felony operating after certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a motor vehicle on Shaker Road on July 22 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Devin E. Valenzuela, 32, of Bonney Road in Sumner, Maine, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. Valenzuela was accused of possessing a vehicle stolen out of Concord between Sept. 20 and Sept. 22, 2022.
Gregory D. Vitelli, 63, of Stonegate Lane in Derry on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of drunk driving on Smith Avenue in Pembroke on June 11 and causing a collision that resulted in serious injury to another man.
William A. Whicher, 31, of Pearl Street in Franklin on a felony willful concealment charge. He was accused of stealing a bottle of wine from Hannaford on June 26 after twice before being convicted on theft charges.
Arthur L. White, 75, of Flaghole Road in Andover on two felony possession of a firearm by a felon charges. He was accused of possessing a Winchester shotgun on July 27 and an Optima Muzzleloader on Aug. 3 in Andover. White is a felon due to a rape conviction out of Belknap County Superior Court in February 1976.
Robert W. Whiteside, 46, of Old Suncook Road in Concord on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Water Street in Concord on June 4 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Stephon M. Williams, 26, a homeless man now located in Franklin, on possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on July 12 in Franklin.
Ashley Zachary, 32, of Ferry Street in Allenstown on a felony operate after certified as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Main Street in Allenstown on June 24, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Justin Hart, 25, of Elm Street in Manchester on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of calling and electronically communicating with a protected party between July 1 and Aug. 6 after being previously convicted of stalking in May 2022.
James Pratt, 49, of Boanza Drive in Concord on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault-pattern-domestic violence charge. He was accused of repeatedly using his tongue to touch a child’s mouth between Sept. 26, 2014, and Sept. 25, 2020, in Webster.
Eric Sweeney, 17, of Northfield on falsifying physical evidence and three first-degree murder charges, all felonies. He was accused of shooting and killing Mason Sweeney, 23 months; Benjamin Sweeney, 4; and Kassandra Sweeney on Aug. 4 in Northfield and hiding a Taurus .40 caliber handgun to impair an investigation.
