Manchester Teen Indicted On Gun Threat Charge: Superior Court Roundup
Man indicted on strangulation, burglary charges; man, with priors, indicted on crack cocaine sales charge; man accused of assaulting woman.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Ryan B. Lunderville, 36, of Half Moon Pond Road in Washington on second-degree assault, domestic violence, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling and grabbing an intimate partner and stealing their wallet on Dec. 19, 2023, in Manchester.
Anthony Manning, 36, of Briar Hill Road in North Haverhill on two illegal possession of a controlled drug charges, cocaine and fentanyl, both felonies, on July 18, 2023, in Manchester.

Jared G. Masseur, 39, of Brinton Drive in Nashua on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing metallic knuckles on Nov. 22, 2023, in Amherst after having been convicted on a theft charge.
Moises Matul Pojoy, 34, of West Brooke Street in Manchester on second-degree assault and burglary charges, both felonies, and two simple assault charges. He was accused of burglarizing a building on West Baker Street, strangling a woman, sitting on top of her, and pinning her down by the arms on Sept. 22, 2023, in Manchester.

Quadasia McKnight, 26, of Maple Street in Manchester on riot and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. According to the indictment, McKnight, Amaya Butler, and another person beat a fourth person with extreme indifference to human life on Oct. 13, 2023, in Manchester.
William J. Michaud, 48, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony illegal possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-methamphetamine charge on April 19, 2022, in Manchester.
Brandon M. Middaugh, 32, of Central Street in Manchester on four theft by misapplication of property and four theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charges, all felonies. He was accused of obtaining the property of three people and Mirra Realty LLC in Bedford by failing to make a requirement payment or disposition on property obtained and withheld as his own between April 8 and Nov. 30, 2021.
Faisel Mohamed, 19, of Amherst Street in Manchester on a felony domestic violence-criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charge. On Dec. 21, 2023, in Manchester, he was accused of threatening an intimate partner by going to get his gun and “shoot you all” or words to that effect.
Harry Moy, 42, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on two felony illegal possession of a controlled drug charges, fentanyl and amphetamine, on Sept. 13, 2022, in Manchester.
Adam Tucker, 41, of Youville Street in Manchester on illegal sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, conspiracy to commit sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, and three illegal possession of a controlled drug charges, crack cocaine, fentanyl, cocaine, all felonies. The charges stem from incidents on Dec. 6, Dec. 12, and Dec. 20, 2023, in Manchester. Tucker was accused of being involved in drug sales within 1,000 feet of the Northwest Elementary School in Manchester.
Ray Ziakas, 50, of Mary Ann Road in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of putting another person in danger on Dec. 14, 2023, in Manchester after colliding a vehicle into another vehicle.
