Alleged Child Rapist, Convicted Concord Thief, Others Indicted: Roundup
Center Barnstead habitual offender, Franklin felon allegedly for meth possession, prisoner allegedly damaging fire sprinkler also indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.
Jason Blodgett, 30, of Windward Road in Franklin, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon (a knife), both felonies, and resisting arrest or detention, allegedly on July 31, 2016, in Franklin. Blodgett was convicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in June 2015.

Jillian Buss, 31, with a last known address of Blackbrook Road in Goffstown, for felony attempted falsifying physical evidence, allegedly on June 16, 2016. According to the indictment, Bus allegedly removed items connected to a meth manufacturing allegation from her South Main Street.
Thomas Carroll, 34, of West Bow Street in Franklin, for resisting arrest or detention and simple assault allegedly on July 26, 2016, in Franklin.

Jenna Chagnon, 23, of Windsor Way in Center Barnstead, for two felony counts for operating while deemed a habitual offender, for allegedly driving on North State and North Main streets in Concord on July 12, 2016. She was deemed a habitual offender on May 31, 2016.
Christopher Chasse, 29, of Millstone Avenue in Manchester, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, allegedly in Bow on March 26, 2016.
Amy Dansereau, 46, of Depot Street in Pittsfield, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Alprazolam, allegedly on March 25, 2016, in Epsom.
Joshua Dionne, 19, of Hackett Hill Road in Hooksett, for two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and felonious sexual assault, all felonies. In July 2015, he allegedly touched and raped a girl under the age of 13.
Allen W. Downs Jr., 31, currently incarcerated in the Hillsborough County House of Corrections in Manchester, for felony unlawful interference with a fire alarm, allegedly causing damage to a sprinkler head on Sept. 9, 2016, at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen.
Stephanie Dupont, 32, of North State Street in Concord, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On July 31, 2016, she allegedly stole items from Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. She previously has been convicted in Merrimack County Superior Court of felony theft.
