Woman Indicted for Reportedly Attempting to Protect Alleged Felonious Sexual Assaulter from Cops
Plus, Concord woman allegedly grabbing cop's gun, alleged Loudon burglar, and a Florida man involved in a DWI crash, also all indicted.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2017.
Heather K. Aikens, 26, pictured lower right, of Essex Street in Fitchburg, MA, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, fentanyl. The charges stem from an alleged incident in Newbury on Feb. 14, 2016.

Scott Angers, 21, pictured lower center, of Dewey Street in Laconia, for felony sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, allegedly in concert and aided by Pamela Civiello on Oct. 13, 2106, in Northfield.
Douglas Barton, 36, of Loudon, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for two felony counts of burglary, alleged on Aug. 8, 2016, in Loudon.

Sharon Beall, 41, of Old Loudon Road in Concord, on two felony counts of hindering apprehension or prosecution. On Aug. 15, 2016, in Epsom, she allegedly had knowledge that a law enforcement officer had authorization to intercept telecommunications between herself and Chad Konopka. According to the indictment, she reportedly “notified” Konopka of the possible interception in an effort to hinder, prevent, or delay Konopka from being punished for an alleged aggravated felonious sexual assault charge.
Arianna Beaulieu, 21, pictured lower left, of Manchester Street in Concord, for two counts of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, and sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, all felonies, allegedly on Aug. 30, Sept. 6, and Sept. 15, 2016, at the Steeplegate Mall and on Manchester Street in Concord. Beaulieu was previously convicted of possession in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2014.
Jacob Bouchard, 23, pictured upper right, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony escape. On June 24, 2016, he allegedly signed out of the North End Housing Unit and failed to return.
Meghan Brown, 33, pictured upper center, of Spring Street in Concord, for felony taking a firearm from a law enforcement officer, allegedly on Oct. 27, 2016, during an incident in Concord.
Jocarl Bureau, 22, pictured upper left, formerly of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony witness tampering. On June 15, 2016, while housed in the Merrimack County House of Corrections, he allegedly provided a number to Khalil Pitts so that he could reportedly call a woman with the intention of inducing her to withhold testimony from an official proceeding in Manchester District Court, according to the indictment.
Robert Caccia II, 52, of Gateway Avenue in Sarasota, FL, for felony reckless conduct, driving while intoxicated, conduct after an accident. On Dec. 6, 2016, in New London, he was allegedly driving drunk on King Hill Road in the wrong lane, crashing into another vehicle, and forcing it into the breakdown lane. Caccia, according to the indictment, allegedly failed to stop and provide his information to the driver of the other vehicle.
