Alleged Merrimack County Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Court
Allenstown woman indicted for allegedly shooting intimate partner, Concord man indicted on knife threat charge, felon faces weapon charge.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.
Brandon Larouche, 23, of Matheson Road in Antrim, on two felony counts of second-degree assault and vehicle assault. On May 5, 2017, while driving on Route 202/Route 9 in Hopkinton, he allegedly entered the eastbound lane to pass a vehicle and caused a collision while attempting to re-enter the westbound lane.
Joyce LeBlanc, 53, lower right, of North Spring Street in Concord, for maintaining a common nuisance and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine. The nuisance charge allegedly occurred between April 8, and July 13, 2017, on Concord Street. The drug charged allegedly occurred on July 13, according to the indictment.

Shannon M. Lundy, 32, of Orchard Street in Franklin, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and heroin allegedly on Jun 7, 2017, in Wilton. Alexander Mahan, 23, lower left, of Pembroke, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on three counts of sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, sale of a controlled drug-accomplice-methamphetamine, three counts of sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin, and possession of a controlled drug-methanone mixture, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on July 16, 2015, and June 22, June 28, July 5, 2017, on Broadway, Fayette Street and Concord Street in Concord and in Rollins Park in Concord. The accomplice charge allegedly also involved Paula White, according to the indictment.
Robert Mailley, 35, of Heartwood Lane in Concord, for attempted first-degree assault, reckless conduct, and criminal threatening, all felonies. On July 2, 2017, he allegedly swung a knife and attempted to stab another person in Concord.
Rebecca Manning, 28, upper left, of Turnpike Street in Allenstown, for second-degree assault-domestic violence, reckless conduct-domestic violence, and criminal threatening, all felonies. On July 7, 2017, she allegedly shot a man – an intimate partner – in the leg.
Mary-Ellen Matthews, 31, upper right, of Cornhill Road in Boscawen, on three counts of sale of a narcotic drug-accomplice-Oxycodone, crack cocaine, three counts of sale of a narcotic drug-cocaine, crack cocaine, Oxycodone, and possession of a controlled drug-Temazepam, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on March 8, May 15, May 24, and July 12, 2017, on Hall Street, Sheep Davis Road, and Loudon Road in Concord and Hanna Dustin Park and Ride and Cornhill Road in Boscawen. Nancy Turner was allegedly involved in some of the charges, according to the indictment. Previously, Matthews has been convicted in Concord District Court on a possession charge in May 2016.
James McCarron, 47, of Lower Collins in Seabrook, for felony theft of rental property for allegedly failing to return a compressor and hose to Taylor Rental in Concord between Dec. 15, 2016, and Jan. 30, 2017.
Gene Menard, 29, of View Street in Franklin, for felon in possession-brass knuckles and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute, all felonies. The charges stem from an alleged incident on July 16, 2017, in Concord, on I-93. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2014.
