Alleged Fentanyl Dealer, Others Indicted In Superior Court
Concord, Manchester, Wilmot Flat residents indicted for drug possession, Queen City man indicted for burglary, prisoner indicted for theft.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Michelle Cheney, 41, of Pinewood Trail in Concord, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Nov. 29, 2017, in New London.
Robert Costello, 27, lower right, with a last known address of Thornton Street in Manchester, for felony burglary. On Nov. 20, 2016, he allegedly burglarized the Subway shop on Bicentennial Drive in Hooksett.

Chad Cyr, 35, lower middle, of Manchester, incarcerated in the New Hampshire State Prison for Men at the time of the indictment, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing two computers from Walmart in Hooksett on Jan. 1, 2017. According to the indictment, he was convicted twice previously of theft related offenses.

Joshua Davis, 36, lower left, of Concord, incarcerated in the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl alleged while at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street on May 30, 2017. According to the indictment, Davis was previously convicted of possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in May 2003.
Michael S. Davis, 35, middle left, of an unknown address in Concord, for felony forgery. On Aug. 7, 2017, he allegedly uttered a check on the account of another at Merrimack County Savings Bank in Concord.
Timothy Dearborn, 33, upper left, a homeless man now located in Concord, for felony receiving stolen property for allegedly retaining a Taurus 9 mm Parabellum handgun that was stolen from another person on June 14, 2017, in Concord.
Taylor M. Duquette, 21, of a last known address of Route 4 in Wilmot Flat, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Oct. 23, 2017, on King Street in Boscawen.
