CONCORD, NH — Heather R. Smith, YOB 1984, of Ten Rod Road in Farmington, was arrested at 8:50 a.m. on June 16, 2017, on a warrant. She was arrested on Chenell Drive near the U.S. Post Office.

Timothy R. Potter, YOB 1962, of Concord, was arrested at 6:53 p.m. on June 15, 2017, on a bench warrant. He was arrested in an apartment on Manchester Street.

Timothy M. Dearborn, YOB 1984, of Concord, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on June 15, 2017, for felon in possession of a weapon, criminal threatening, reckless conduct, and unauthorized use of firearms. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Low Avenue.

Pedro Caraballo, YOB 1985, of North Pembroke Road in Concord, was arrested at 3:07 p.m. on June 14, 2017, for possession of controlled drugs and possession of drugs after an alleged incident on East Side Drive.

Michael A. Arsenault, YOB 1987, of School Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:09 p.m. on June 13, 2017, for disorderly conduct. He was arrested after an alleged incident on School Street area of downtown.

Scott R. Paul, YOB 1966, of Manchester Street in Concord, received a summons at 6:25 p.m. on June 12, 2017, for possession of alcoholic beverages on public property in the area of Locke Road between the Merrimack River and I-93.

Meaghan T. Fazzina, YOB 1985, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 11:34 p.m. on June 10, 2017, for default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested on South State Street near St. John Regional School.
