Allenstown Man Arrested On Second DUI Charge: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Rafferty Libby, 23, of Allenstown was arrested at 7:58 p.m. on Aug. 15, 2021, on driving under the influence-second offense and driving after revocation or suspension charges as well as a bench warrant after an incident on Loudon Road.

Courtney Paige Anderson, born 2003, of Concord was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on Aug. 15 on criminal mischief, domestic violence-simple assault, and simple assault charges after an incident in the North End near Jennings Drive.

Derek John Sikora, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 4:27 p.m. on Aug. 15 on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, a felony, as well as simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on Route 106.

Amy Lynn Dansereau, 52, of Concord was arrested at 12:48 p.m. on Aug. 15 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge and breach of bail. She was arrested after an incident at Banks Chevrolet on Manchester Street. Dansereau has an active stalking, drug possession, and violation of a protective order case in Merrimack County Superior Court. She is due back in court for arraignment on Sept. 23.

Prentice J. Smith, 53, of Hopkinton received a summons on a warrant at 11:38 a.m. on Aug. 15 after an incident on D’Amante Drive. Smith was accused of failing to appear at a hearing on a violation of a court order in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2020 after being convicted on possession of marijuana with intent to sell in August 2007 in Weare. He is due back in court for another hearing on Oct. 4.

Taeh M. Koehler, born 1998, of Allenstown was arrested at 6:08 a.m. on Aug. 15 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge after an incident at the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Kambale Nzika, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 3:52 a.m. on Aug. 15 on a driving under the influence charge. He was arrested after a crash on North State Street near the Concord YMCA. Read more about this incident here: Driver Crashes Into Parked Van On North State Street In Concord

Colin P. White, born 1990, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:29 p.m. on Aug. 14 on two bench warrants.

Karleigh J. Gross, 22, of Manchester was arrested on a warrant at 6:40 p.m. on Aug. 14 after an incident at the Speedway on Hall Street. The warrant was issued due to an accusation of a second violation of probation charge. Gross pleaded guilty to felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited in May 2019 after being arrested on two charges out of Hooksett in September 2018. She violated probation or parole in November 2019.
