Arson, Robbery Charges Issued Against Concord Men: Police Log
Pittsfield man, with active burglary and theft charges, arrested again; men arrested on stalking charges; warrants, summonses issued, too.

CONCORD, NH — Trevor Keene, 41, of Pittsfield was arrested at 10:56 p.m. on Dec. 19, 2020, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident at the Firehouse Block Apartments office. Keene is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on Feb. 8. He also has pending burglary and theft charges out of Pittsfield from August 2020 and a pending theft case out of Franklin from September 2020. Keene was convicted on a drug charge out of Concord in October 2014.
Tyler L. Weeks, born 1987, of Penacook received a summons at 2:50 p.m. on Dec. 19 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. She was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
Alexis Natasha Regan, born 1996, of Concord received a summons at 4:50 p.m. on Dec. 18 on bench warrants.

Richard Francis Kuchinsky, 51, of Concord was arrested at 10:39 p.m. on Dec. 17 on arson, criminal mischief, and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges. He was arrested after an incident at Shaw's Supermarket on D'Amante Drive. Kuchinsky has an active theft case out of Epping, theft and drug charges out of Lebanon, and a delivery of weapon, contraband charge out of Boscawen. He was convicted on a felony theft charge in March 2019 out of Manchester and has a number of other prior cases.
Derek John Sikora, 37, homeless in Concord was arrested at 9:38 p.m. on Dec. 17 on a warrant as well as two counts of stalking, simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and two breach of bail charges. Officers were sent to Wall Street for a report of an uncooperative person who was trying to kick down the door of a home at around 5:30 p.m. Dispatch reported the incident may be connected to another incident earlier in the day between Sikora and woman. He also had possible warrants, dispatch said. When they arrived, they spoke with a resident of the home who stated that he heard another resident, a woman, complaining while in a room with Sikora and when he went into the room, accused Sikora of placing his arm across the throat of the woman, the report said. The man pulled Sikora off the woman and he left the home. The woman refused to speak with officers at first but later, admitted the incident occurred, according to an affidavit. Sikora was found later in the evening, arrested, and held. The warrant was for another stalking and breach of bail incident from Aug. 20, 2020, at the railroad tracks on Storrs Street after an incident between Sikora and the woman. Sikora has active drug charges in two superior courts.

Theodore Aaron Belanger, born 1994, of Saugus, Massachusetts, received a summons at 1:10 p.m. on Dec. 17 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge near 234 N. Main St.
Michelle Lisa Brien, 41, of Concord was arrested at 8:23 a.m. on Dec. 17 on felony possession of a controlled drug, criminal mischief, and breach of bail charges after an incident in the Garvins Falls Road area of the city. She is due back in superior court on Feb. 16 for a dispositional conference hearing.
Isaac Habimana, born 1998, of Nashua received a summons at 6:03 a.m. on Dec. 17 on a bench warrant. He was served in the Concord-Royal Gardens area of the city.
Richard A. Stebbins, 45, of Concord received a summons at 9 a.m. on Dec. 16 on disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at TD Bank NH on North Main Street. He has active cases in superior court for felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, stalking, violation of protective orders, and other charges after incidents in Pembroke.
Michael A. Maynard, 57, of Concord was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on Dec. 16 on a felony robbery charge. He was arrested after an incident at Lowe's on Fort Eddy Road. Maynard is due in superior court for an arraignment on Feb. 25. He was previously convicted on burglary and other charges in December 2013.
