Concord Teen Arrested On Assault, Resisting Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Courtney Paige Anderson, born 2003, of Concord was arrested at 9:51 p.m. on Sept. 20, 2022, on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident on Wyman Street.

Robert Pila Brooks, 40, of Concord was cited at 11 a.m. on Sept. 20 on a littering; penalty charge after an incident on West Street.

Brian D. Garrigan, 41, of Concord was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on Sept. 19 on felonious sexual assault-victim 13 to 15 and knowingly, failing to comply; sex offender registration charges, both felonies, as well as two misdemeanor counts of sexual assault after an incident on Short Street. Timothy R. Murray, 39, of Concord was arrested at 11:05 a.m. on Sept. 19 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Garvins Falls Road.

Jared P. Dufresne, born 1997, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 1 a.m. on Sept. 19 after an incident on Fisherville Road.

Chrystal Newland, born 1987, of Gorham was cited at 10:01 p.m. on Sept. 2 on an attempt to commit shoplifting charge after an incident at Burlington Coat Factory on Storrs Street.

Justin Donald Jarvis, born 1999, of Northfield, Vermont, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on Aug. 27 on a driving under the influence charge and a tail lamp and reflectors, motor vehicle violation after an incident at the Bow town line on South Main Street.

Omar Hutchinson, 30, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant at 2:10 a.m. on Aug. 24 after an incident under the Loudon Road bridge.

Lylibeth Saez Rosario, born 1978, of Pittsfield was arrested at 4:23 p.m. on Aug. 23 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Brandon Michael Labarre, born 1992, of Hinsdale was arrested at 9:28 p.m. on Aug. 21 on driving under the influence-second offense, driving after revocation or suspension, and motor vehicle not equipped with an alcohol interlock device charges, as well as a failure to display plates. He was arrested after an incident at the Concord Food Coop on South Main Street.

Joseph Brian Deccola Sr., born 1969, of Concord was arrested at 11:19 p.m. on Aug. 20 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street. He was arrested at 5:14 a.m. on Aug. 21 on burglary, breach of bail, and two criminal mischief charges after an incident at the Mobil Kwik Stop on South Main Street. Michael John Hartley, born 1962, of Townsend, Massachusetts, was arrested at 10:11 p.m. on Aug. 19 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street.

Bryce Sanborn, born 2004, of Concord was arrested at 9:14 p.m. on Aug. 19 on disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident on Fisherville Road.
