Busted Headlight, False Name Leads To Meth Charge: Concord Cop Log

Man faces stalking, breach charges; Mass. man accused of witness tampering, falsifying evidence; multiple forgery, felony theft case arrest.

CONCORD, NH — Benjamin B. Berry, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 7:28 a.m. on Oct. 17, 2022, on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony, due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Cassi J. Page, 34, of Manchester was arrested at 1:14 a.m. on Oct. 17 on a bench warrant. She was arrested after an incident at the Concord Coach Bus Depot on Stickney Avenue.

Travis Thomas Tillman, 21, with a last known address of Langley Road in Avon, Massachusetts, was arrested at 11:19 a.m. on Oct. 15 on witness tampering and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. Julien J. Pullo, born 1992, of Strafford was arrested at 10:29 p.m. on Oct. 15 on simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident on Pillsbury Street.

Sammy Hernandez, 38, of Dartmouth Street in Manchester was arrested at 4:23 a.m. on Oct. 3 on felony possession of a controlled drug, transport drugs in a motor vehicle, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and disobeying an officer charges as well as a front lights-auto violation. An officer on Loudon Road spotted an Audi A4 with a left headlight that was not working. The vehicle was pulled over, and the driver gave the name of “Juan Hernandez” and a fake date of birth, an affidavit stated. Dispatch said the descriptor of the man and had him at about 370 pounds in weight. But the driver was rather thin, the report said, and had different hair and piercings. The officer accused the driver of refusing to give his real name and arrested him. Later, the officer discovered his real name, the report said. While in a cell, the driver was seen “reaching down for his shoes,” and a search was conducted, the affidavit stated. Inside a shoe, the officer found methamphetamine, according to the report. Hernandez also had a suspended license and a previous conviction from June 2017 in Salem District Court.

Melissa J. Cleasby, 38, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 3:10 a.m. on Oct. 3 after an incident at The Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.

Mark E. Yphantis, born 1960, of Concord was arrested at 7:59 p.m. on Oct. 3 on two theft by deception, $1,501+, two receiving stolen property, $1,501+, and two forgery charges, all felonies, after an incident at Ledyard National Bank on South Main Street.

Kelly M. Wolczko, born 1993, of Boscawen was arrested at 7:23 p.m. on Sept. 15 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident at the Mobil Xtramart on Whitney Road.

Eddie Alfred Veilleux, 55, of Concord was arrested at 7:51 p.m. on Sept. 14 on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident at Dunkin’ Donuts on South Main Street.

Sagar Damai, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 1:42 p.m. on Sept. 14 on a disobeying an officer charge after an incident at the Windmill Restaurant on Loudon Road.
