Boscawen Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charges Outside Restaurant: Court

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Derek J. Dussault, 37, of Fairbanks Drive in Boscawen on reckless conduct and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of drawing a .38 Ruger LCPII and chambering a round while engaged in a verbal argument in a parking lot of a restaurant in Boscawen on Feb. 17. He was accused of telling the victim, “he would meet his demise,” or words to that effect.

Sheldon R. Ellis, 39, of New Hampton Road in Franklin on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on March 10 in Franklin.

Gavin W. Eriksson, 35, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on Feb. 20 in Concord.

Richard Farina, 53, of Lafayette Street in Claremont on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Feb. 25 in Newbury.

David Fournier, 71, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Oct. 19, 2021, in Concord.

Paul Gannino, 42, of West River Road in Hooksett on seven felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of sexually assaulting a girl repeatedly on Nov. 9, Nov. 23, and Nov. 24, 2021, in Hooksett.

April A. Gardner, 34, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 22, 2021, in Concord.

Trisha Gaudette, 35, of West Street in Groveton on a felony possession of fentanyl charges on Oct. 16, 2021, in Bow.

Kevin Gobeil, 27, of High Street in Pembroke on a felony felon in possession charge. He was accused of possessing a machete on Oct. 27, 2021, after being previously convicted of a felony against the person or property of another.

Joseph Hall, 33, of Parkwood Drive in Allenstown on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving in Hooksett on Jan. 31 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Sammy Hernandez, 38, of Dartmouth Street in Manchester on possession of meth and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies, in Concord on Jan. 2.
