Robin Patricia Bailey, 50, of Canal Street in Penacook was arrested at 10:54 p.m. on Dec. 2 on a stalking charge. Police were sent to the Penacook Landing apartment complex on Canal Street for a possible domestic violence order violation. Dispatch said a complainant accused Bailey of threatening her and she had a video recording. An officer spoke with the complainant and a man who claimed Bailey was at her door and said, “You’re dead, b-----,” the report said. The man then began recording Bailey and caught her on video saying, “You think a restraining order scares me?,” according to the affidavit. The officer eyed the video and confirmed Bailey made the restraining order comment, the report stated. The camera moved and the officer could see the complainant in the footage wearing the same clothes she was wearing at that moment. The officer also eyed the time stamp and it was at just before 10 p.m. The stalking order was served to Bailey earlier in the day, dispatch told the officer. The officer went to speak with Bailey who confirmed she received the stalking order, the report stated. When asked if she had contacted the complainant, “Robin said, No, she had not spoken to (the woman) all day,” the officer wrote. Bailey was arrested and held on preventive detention. According to superior court records, a previous restraining order complaint against Bailey from September was dismissed in superior court.

Christopher Lee Faulkner, 44, of Elm Street in Penacook was arrested at 5:02 p.m. on Nov. 29 on driving after revocation or suspension, false report to law enforcement, and disobeying an officer charges. Officers were sent to the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street at around 9:15 a.m. on Jan. 29 for a report of a person passed out inside a vehicle. The first officer made contact with the man, who identified himself as having the name of “Murphy” and being 34-years-old. It was determined he was not impaired, the report said. The name the man gave police had an electronic bench warrant out of Franklin District Court from September 2019 on domestic violence and simple assault charges, and he was also deemed a habitual offender, so he was arrested. The man was processed and released. On Aug. 25, the reporting officer found out from another officer that the man was not actually named Murphy and later, a detective identified the man as Faulkner. The officer was surprised that Faulkner provided a false name and allowed himself to be arrested on charges in someone else’s name, the affidavit stated. On Nov. 6, the officer learned that Faulkner was arrested in Tilton on Feb. 4 and at the time, an ID in Murphy’s name, as well as two credit cards, were found, the report said. A warrant was issued for his arrest on Nov. 22. Faulkner has active drug possession, revocation, and resisting charges out of Tilton in superior court from February, an active theft and forgery case out of Merrimack from February, and a probation violation on a drug possession conviction out of Concord from August 2019.
