Nashua Woman, With Priors, Accused Of Theft In Concord: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Jason Eric Supry, 45, of Concord was arrested at 6:32 p.m. on Dec. 21 on three bench warrants. He was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
Colin P. White, 31, of Concord, was cited at 5:20 p.m. on Dec. 21 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Fort Eddy Road.
Robin Patricia Bailey, born 1971, of Concord was arrested at 10:20 a.m. on Dec. 21 on a simple assault charge. She was arrested after an incident on Canal Street.

Christopher Jacob Cronan, 24, of Bow was arrested at 3:28 a.m. on Dec. 21 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Rumford Street.
Timothy James Pushee, born 1963, of Concord was arrested at 1:22 a.m. on Dec. 21 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Thomas Street.

Miles A. Anderson, 32, of Concord received a summons at 7:11 p.m. on Dec. 20 on a bench warrant after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street.
Carl D. Soderberg, born 1968, of Concord was arrested at 6:48 p.m. on Dec. 20 on stalking, violation of a protective order, and criminal trespass charges. He was arrested after an incident on Concord Street.
Kevin Eric Jenness, 59, of Gilmanton was cited at 12:47 p.m. on Dec. 20 on a conduct after an accident charge after an incident at Concord Gardens.
Andrew Clement, 32, of Allenstown was arrested at 5:55 a.m. on Dec. 20 on felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender and a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident at 24 Hall St. He was arraigned on Dec. 21 in Merrimack County Superior Court and is due back in court for a dispositional conference on March 7.
Marion Lee Smith, 45, of Nashua was arrested at 3 a.m. on Dec. 20 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. She was arrested after an incident at Target on D’Amante Drive. The charge stems from an incident on July 14. She was arraigned on Dec. 21 and is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court for a competency hearing on March 4.
