CONCORD, NH — Theresa Lavoie, born 1980, of Amherst, was arrested at 6:24 a.m. on May 21, 2019, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at the McDonald's Restaurant on South Main Street.

Cynthia D. Saxon Hoffman, born 1964, of Concord, was arrestedat 11:12 p.m. on May 13, on a disorderly conductcharge on East Side Drive.

Jonathan A. Verderame, born 1982, of Bow, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. on May 11, and charged with criminal mischief, resisting arrest or detention, and false report to law enforcement after an incident on Penacook Street.

Gregory R. Spires, born 1974, of Cypress, Texas, was arrested at 1:53 p.m. on May 10, on domestic violence-stalking at Concord High School on Warren Street.

Lorenzo Hicks, born 1971, of Nashua, was arrested at 2:57 a.m. on April 29, on a theft by deception-less than $1,000 charge at Sears on Loudon Road. He was also arrested at 2:45 a.m. on Feb. 9, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Best Buy on D'Amante Drive.

Ivan V. Noordergraaf, born 1993, of Boscawen, was arrested at 3:23 a.m. on Feb. 9, on two counts of driving while intoxicated and operating without a valid license on Bog Road.

Jennifer Mae Blackman, born 1978, of Concord, was arrested at 10:57 p.m. on Feb. 8, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge at the YMCA on North State Street.

James Scott Deveau, born 1968, of Methuen, Massachusetts, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. on Feb. 7, on two theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges at Walmart on Loudon Road.
