Bow Man Indicted In Dog Torture And Mutilation Case: Superior Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Dens Marcellus, 37, of Brooklyn Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, on three felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of over-the-counter medications at CVS stores in Concord and Hooksett on March 26, 2022.

Leanna Marsar, 30, of 2nd New Hampshire Turnpike in Hillsboro on possession of fentanyl and possession of clonazepam charges, both felonies, in Bow on Sept. 2, 2022.

Shawn McKay, 45, of Willow Street in Manchester on felon in possession-a knife after being convicted of a felony and possession of controlled drug-methamphetamine-subsequent charges in Allenstown on July 18, 2022.

James Mihelidakis, 36, of Page Road in Bow on two felony cruelty to animals charges. He was accused of mutilating and torturing a dog by shooting it with an air rifle several times and stabbing it, too, in Bow on June 10, 2022.

Joshua Morgan, 44, of Elm Street in Pittsfield on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Upper Valley City Road in Pittsfield on Oct. 29, 2022.

Clay Morrison, 36, of Rush Road in Henniker on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of threatening police officers in Henniker on Oct. 7, 2022, by waving a knife at them and saying, “Do it, you want to kill me,” or words to that effect.

Jessica Moses, 31, of Brookside Lane in Danbury on felony controlled drug act; possession of meth charge on May 3, 2022, on Central Street in Franklin. At the time, according to the indictment, she was out on bail from the Merrimack County Superior Court in May 2021.

Juan B. Negron, 51, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and retaining or disposing of a Jeep that he knew had been stolen on Nov. 10, 2022, in Hooksett.

Thadius B. Nye, 37, of no fixed address in Franklin on possession of a controlled drug, a fluorofentanyl and fentanyl mix, and felon in possession of a weapon-a dagger charges, both felonies, on Nov. 19, 2022, in Franklin. Nye was previously convicted of criminal threatening in Sullivan County Superior Court in April 2013, according to the indictment.

Robert O’Neill, 28, of Penacook or Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony possession of a controlled drug, cocaine and fentanyl mix, charge on Oct. 5, 2022, in Canterbury.
